Հավանաբար ԲԴԽ նախագահի պաշտոնակատար Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը տեղյակ չէ, կամ իրեն սխալ են զեկուցել, որ հենց առաջին պահից զգացել ենք դատավոր Կարեն Բիշարյանի կանխակալ մոտեցումն այս գործով և ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդություն են ներկայացրել, որը մերժել է։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ մայիսի 26-ին, ԲԴԽ-ի դիմաց բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ նշեց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արծվիկ Մինասյանը՝ անդրադառնալով 44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհվածների հարազատների հետ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի հնդիպմանը:

«Երկրորդ միջնորդությունը վերաբերում էր տուժողների՝ նահատակված զինծառայողների ծնողները, գերեվարված անձանց հարազատները այդ գործում որպես երրորդ անձ ներգրավվեն։ Հենց  այդ միջնորդության քննարկման ժամանակ միջադեպ տեղի ունեցավ, նիստին ներկա զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատներ դժգոհություն հայտնեցին։ Դատավորը գնաց խորհրդակցական սենյակ, վերադարձավ ու հրապարակեց որոշում, որ նիստերն անցկացվում են փակ։ Երբ փակ նիստում դատավորը հրապարակեց դատական այդօրվա նիստը հետաձգելու ու մայիսի 30-ին նշանակելու մասին, ես և փաստաբան պարոն Մարտիրոսյանը միջնորդություն ներկայացրեցինք վերանայել դռնփակ անկացնելու մասին որոշումը, փոխել այն։

Այնպես որ, պարոն Ջհանագիրյանը հավանաբար կամ մանիպուլացնում է իրականությունը, կամ սխալ տեղեկատվություն են իրեն տվել, կամ չգիտեմ էլ ինչ ենթադրություն անեմ։ Այնուամենայնիվ, երկուշաբթի նորից միջնորդություն կներկայացնենք, քանի որ անհնար է  պատկերացնել այս դատավարությունն առանց  տուժողների իրավահաջորդների մասնակցությամբ, առանց լրատվամիջոցների ուղղակի ներգրավման այս գործընթացում»,- հայտարարեց Արծվիկ Մինասյանը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից պետական դավաճանության հատկանիշներով քրգործ հարուցելու պահանջով բողոքի քննությունը, դատարանի երեկվա որոշմամբ, անցկացվելու է դռնփակ։ Այս որոշումը զայրացրել է զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատներին։ Նրանք այսօր եկել էին Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդ՝ պահանջելով հանդիպում ԲԴԽ նախագահի պաշտոնակատար Գագիկ Ջհանգիրայնի հետ և իրենց խնդիրները բարձրաձայնելու։ Մասնավորապես, ծնողները պահանջում են՝ դատավարությունը շարունակել դռնբաց կարգով՝ թույլատրելով և ծնողներին, և լրագրողներին մասնակցել նիստերին, ապահովելով նաև այդ նիստերի հասանելիությունը հանրությանը: Այսօր Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը հանդիպել է զոհված զինծառայողների 30 ծնողների հետ:
