«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Երեւանի ժամանակով ժամը 22։35-ին Հայաստանը տիեզերք է արձակել իր առաջին արհեստական արբանյակը»,- կառավարության երեկվա՝ մայիսի 26-ի հերթական նիստը վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «լավ» լուրով սկսեց: Նշելով, որ Հայաստանը թեւակոխում է տիեզերական գործունեության դարաշրջան՝ Փաշինյանն ընդգծեց՝ առաջնահերթ նպատակներից մեկը տիեզերական տեխնոլոգիաների տեղայնացումն ու տիեզերական սարքերի արտադրության կազմակերպումն է Հայաստանում։

Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ մինչեւ 2023-ի վերջը Հայաստանում կստեղծվի արբանյակի կառավարման կենտրոն եւ ընդունիչ կայան, ինչի շուրջ կձեւավորվի մասնագետների գիտագործնական թիմ։ Փաշինյանի այս հայտարարությունից հետո քաղաքական իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների մոտ «մի քեֆ, մի ուրախություն է», խորհրդարանական «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության անդամները, իրար հերթ չտալով, հպարտանում ու գլուխ են գովում, թե իրենց հաջողվեց անգամ տիեզերքի հետ «կապ հաստատել»: ՔՊ-ականների խելակորույս խանդավառությունը ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հակոբ Արշակյանի՝ մոտ երկու տարի առաջ արված հայտարարությամբ կտրենք: «Այս պահին Հայաստանի համար նպատակահարմար չէ ունենալ մեկ ամբողջական արբանյակ»,- պատերազմից ուղիղ երկու ամիս առաջ՝ օգոստոսի 26-ին, հայտարարում էր այդ ժամանակվա ԲՏԱ նախարարը:

Պատերազմական երկրի համար արբանյակ (եթե ոչ՝ արբանյակներ) ունենալը զինանոցը գերժամանակակից զենքով հարստացնելու նման մի բան է, եւ այժմ, փաստորեն, պարոն փոխխոսնակը հերքելով ինքն իրեն, հրապարակում է տիեզերք դուրս եկած հայաստանյան արբանյակի առաջին կադրերը: Ռազմական փորձագետ Կարեն Վրթանեսյանը, օրինակ, ուշադրություն է հրավիրում այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ արբանյակով հիացած իշխանավորները մանրամասներ չեն հայտնում, թե այն ինչ ուղեծրով է շարժվելու, ինչ հնարավորություններ ունի, ընդհանրապես ինչ նպատակով ու ծրագրի շրջանակներում է արձակվել. «Ուղղակի ասում են «հայկական արբանյակ», եւ ժողովրդի ուղեղում արդեն «Աստղային պատերազմներ» ֆիլմի տեսարաններն են։

Սա նույնն է, թե 100-դոլարանոց 2 հատ խաղալիք անօդաչու գնես ու ասես, թե «Հայաստանը նոր անօդաչուների խմբաքանակ է ներկրել»։ Տիեզերքում սեփական արբանյակի կարեւորության ու անհրաժեշտության մասին իրարամերժ հայտարարություններով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը փաստացի հերթական անգամ մանիպուլացրել ու խաբել է հայ հասարակությանը»։
