Ռուսաստանից հեռացած ՏՏ ոլորտի մասնագետների գրեթե 85 տոկոսը վերադարձել է երկիր։ «ՏԱՍՍ»-ի փոխանցմամբ, այս մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ վարչապետ Միխայիլ Միշուստինը՝ վկայակոչելով սիմ-քարտերի վիճակագրությունը։

Միշուստինը նշել է, որ վերջին շրջանում կառավարությունը մի շարք որոշումներ է ընդունել, որոնց մեծ մասը առաջացած մարտահրավերների օպերատիվ արձագանք են։

«Օրինակ ՏՏ ոլորտի աջակցության մասին որոշումը հիմնարար էր ու շատ կարևոր, որն ընդունվեց, երբ հայտնվեցին ՏՏ մասնագետների հեռանալու մասին առաջին տեղեկությունները»,-ասել է նա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի նիստում Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն իր ելույթում անդրադարձել է մեծ թվով ռուս ՏՏ մասնագետների՝ Հայաստան մեկնելուն։

Նա նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանում հաջող կերպով զարգանում է բարձր տեխնոլգիաների ոլորտը, հետաքրքրություն կա զարգացնել համագործակցությունը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության գործընկեր երկրների հետ․ «Պետք է և անհրաժեշտ վերականգնել համատեղ աշխատանքի իրավասությունը։ Մենք դա քննարկել ենք Ղազախստանի նախագահի և Հայաստանի վարչապետի հետ։ Ոչ այն պատճառով, որ ՏՏ ոլորտի մասնագետներից ոմանք տեղափոխվել են Հայաստան։ Դե, տեղափոխվել են, և փառք Աստծո: Թող աշխատեն»։

Վլադիմիր Պուտինի խոսքով` դա նաև որոշակի մարտահրավեր է Ռուսաստանի համար. պետք է ավելի լավ պայմաններ ստեղծել մասնագետների համար։
