«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի փոխնախագահ Արմեն Նիկողոսյանը որդուն բանակում ժամկետային ծառայությունից ազատել է ՀՖՖ նախկին նախագահ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի ջանքերով եւ օժանդակությամբ: Չնայած Նիկողոսյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում տեղեկության մասին ասաց, թե «սխալ տեղեկություն ունենք», բայց մեր աղբյուրները հայտնում են, որ նա պարզապես չի ցանկանում խոսել այդ թեմայի մասին:

«Ավելին՝ չի ցանկանում, որ իր անունը որեւէ կերպ կապվի Հայրապետյանի հետ, չնայած որ վերջինս այդքան բան է արել իր համար,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը՝ հավելելով:- Մինչդեռ երբ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը դեռ պաշտոնի էր, թե՛ նա, թե՛ ՀՖՖ ներկա նախագահ Մելիքբեկյանը գովեստի խոսքեր էին շռայլում, կենացներ խմում եւ այլն»: Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը, հիշեցնենք, դեռեւս 2019-ին, երբ Ոստիկանության 6-րդ վարչության աշխատակիցները խուզարկում էին իր առանձնատունը, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել էր. «Բոլոր հարցերը Նիկողոսյան Արմենին, թե մատնաչափիկին ուղղե՛ք»:

Նիկողոսյանը, նշենք, երկար տարիներ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին պատկանող «Հայկական ժամանակ» օրաթերթի լրագրող է եղել: ՀԺ-ում աշխատանքն ավարտելուց հետո՝ 2017թ.-ից, ՀՖՖ նախկին նախագահ Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի խորհրդականն է եղել, 2018-ի քաղաքական վերադասավորումներից հետո արդեն՝ ՀՖՖ փոխնախագահ: Թե ինչպես կարողացավ նա, լինելով «մերժված» Հայրապետյանի խորհրդականը, պաշտոնի բարձրացում ունենալ հեղափոխությունից հետո, մնում է ենթադրել: Ամեն դեպքում, բարքերը ՀՖՖ-ում ոչ միայն չեն փոխվել, այլ ավելի խայտառակ են դարձել»:
