Ամիսներ առաջ ՀՀ մարզերում անցկացված ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում իշխող ՔՊ-ին մեծ դժվարությամբ, սակայն հաջողվեց իր ձեռքը վերցնել մի շարք համայնքների կառավարումը։ Թվում էր, թե այս համայնքներ նոր հեղափոխական շունչ կգա, համենայնդեպս, այդպես էին խոստանում ՔՊ-ական թեկնածուները քարոզարշավի ընթացքում։ Կյանքը, սակայն, ցույց տվեց, որ նրանք այս մեկ-երկու ամսվա մեջ մոռացել են հանրությանը տված խոստումները։ Դրանցից մեկն էլ համայնքներում առկա բնապահպանական խնդիրների լուծումն էր, բայց, արի ու տես, որ պաշտոնները ստանձնելուց անմիջապես հետո նոր համայնքապետերը ձեռնամուխ եղան իրենց համայնքներում հանքերի շահագործման «դաբրոներ» տալուն։

Օրերս տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ 2020 թվականի հունվարի 9-ին, գրանցվել է մի նոր ընկերություն՝ «Վայկ-ինվեստ» ՍՊԸ-ն, որը հասցրել է մի քանի օրվա ընթացքում դիմել Վայքի և Զառիթափի համայնքապետարաններ՝ Ազատեկի ոսկու-բազմամետաղային հանքի՝ ստորերկրյա եղանակով շահագործման նախագծի հայտով հանրային լսումներ կազմակերպելու համար։ Կարճ ժամանակում հայտնի է դառնում, որ լսումներ կանցկացվեն միայն Զառիթափում, իսկ Վայք համայնքում, որի վարչական տարածքում է Ազատեկը, լսումներ չեն լինի։ Ամեն դեպքում, այդ մասին տեղեկությունները Վայքի համայնքապետարանի կայքում բացակայում են։ Նորահայտ «Վայկ Ինվեստ» ՍՊԸ-ի սեփականատերերը խաչվում են Արամ Օսիկյանի անվան հետ, ով Հայաստանի տարբեր տարածքներում ընդերքօգտագործման կամ երկրաբանական ուսումնասիրությունների լիցենզիաներ ստացած մի շարք ընկերությունների հիմնադիրներից է, նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի ընտանիքի մերձավոր անձ է և նախկինում նաև ղեկավարել է Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի որդու՝ Արգամ Աբրահամյանի ընկերությունները. նրանց կապերի մասին ԶԼՄ-ներում բազմաթիվ հրապարակումներ կան: Իսկ ահա նորաստեղծ «Վայկ-ինվեստ» ընկերության համասեփականատերերից մեկը գրանցված է Արամ Օսիկյանի դստեր բնակության հասցեում։ 

Ինչպես երևում է՝ Վայքի նորընտիր ՔՊ-ական համայնքապետ Մխիթար Մաթևոսյանը որոշել է հետ կանգնել Վայքը էկո համայնք դարձնելու մտադրությունից և նախընտրում է առաջնորդվել Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի մերձավորների բիզնես շահերով: Այս պահին, համենայնդեպս, որևէ բան չի խոսում այն մասին, որ Վայքի համայնքապետարանը դեմ է հանքի շահագործմանը: Սա էլ, թերևս, երրորդ նվերն է հեղափոխական իշխանություններից՝ իրենց իսկ կողմից նախկին թալանչի պիտակավորված Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի մերձավորներին: Ամիսներ առաջ, ինչպես գիտենք, ջրվեց վերջինիս եղբոր դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործը, այնուհետև տարակուսելի պայմաններում և ըստ դատախազության՝ օրենքի խախտումով վաճառվեց կոռուպցիայի հուշարձան հորջորջված նրա դղյակը...
