«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Կոնջորյանը խոսեց խորհրդարանում և խորհրդարանից դուրս տեղի ունեցող գործընթացների և խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության գործողությունների մասին։ Ազգային ժողովում իր ելույթի ժամանակ Կոնջորյանը նշեց, որ խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը դեֆոլտի մեջ է։

«Ընդդիմությունը չի կարողանում սպասարկել իր պարտականությունները ոչ մի ոլորտում, չի կարողանում սպասարկել իր պարտականությունները խորհրդարանում, չի կարողանում սպասարկել պարտականությունները իրեն քվեարկած քաղաքացիների առջև, չի կարողանում սպասարկել իր պարտականությունները խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության հարթակում՝ տևական ժամանակ լքելով խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության խրամատը, չի կարողանում փաստացի իր պարտականությունները սպասարկել փողոցում, որովհետև տեսանք ընդդիմության տխուր ճակատագիրը այդ վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում, որն ամփոփվեց այսօր Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակում։ Ուրեմն, այո, խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը դեֆոլտի մեջ է, և սա շատ կարևոր մտածելու առիթ է բոլորիս համար», -ասաց Կոնջորյանը։ 

Կոնջորյանի խոսքով՝ ընդդիմությունը փորձում էր Արցախի հարցը օգտագործել իշխանությունը զավթելու համար։

«Մի բան, որ ընդդիմությունը արել էր դեռևս 1998 թվականին, մի բան, որով ընդդիմությունը 20 տարի պահել էր իշխանությունը և մի բան, որը ընդդիմությունը փորձում է անել արդեն պատերազմից հետո տևական ժամանակ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում։ Մենք այսօր կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ ընդդիմության այս «փրկչական» առաքելությունը, որի տակ թաքնված էր Արցախի միջոցով իշխանություն զավթելը, կատարելապես ձախողվել է»,- ընդգծեց Կոնջորյանը։ 

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ ընդդիմության այս տխուր վերջաբանը խոսում է այն մասին, որ ընդդիմադիրների քաղաքական սնանկությունը արձանագրված է ոչ միայն այս դահլիճում, այլ նաև Հայաստանի փողոցներում և հրապարակներում։
