ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունը հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացրել դասարանների կազմավորման կարգի նախագիծը, որով փորձում է լուծել տևական ժամանակ բարձրաձայնվող մի քանի կարևոր խնդիր՝ միաժամանակ այդ խնդիրների լուծումը կապելով նոր չափորոշչի ամբողջական ներդրման հետ: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է կատարել նաև ԿԳՄՍ փոխնախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը։

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Դդասարանների կազմավորման համար նոր չափորոշչի ներդրմանը զուգընթաց նախատեսում ենք պարտադիր դարձնել դասարաններում տարրական և միջին մակարդակում առավելագույնը 25 և ավագ մակարդակում առավելագույնը 20 սովորող ունենալը։ Միաժամանակ մինչև այս մոտեցման ներդրմանը ընկած ժամանակը կօգտագործվի՝դպրոցների ֆիզիկական ենթակառուցվածքների, ուսուցիչների թվի հետ կապված հարցերը վերլուծելու և ըստ առանձին դպրոցների իրավիճակների կարգավորումները պլանավորելու համար։

️նոր չափորոշչի ամբողջական ներդրմանը զուգընթաց կկարգավորվի նաև բազմահամակազմ դասարանների խնդիրը երկու բաղադրիչով.

Կհստակեցվի, որ բազմահամակազմության սկզբունքն օգտագործելի է միայն արհեստ և արվեստ և

ֆիզիկական կրթություն և անվտանգ կենսագործունեություն բնագավառների համար։ Մյուս բնագավառների և առարկաների դեպքերում պետք է գործի առանձնացված ուսուցման սկզբունքը։ Պարզ ասած, երեխաները կարող են խմբավորվել արվեստի, ֆիզկուլտուրայի ժամերին, բայց բնագիտական առարկաները, մաթեմատիկան, լեզուները ևն պետք է ուսումնասիրեն յուրաքանչյուրն իր դասարանի ծրագիրն առանձին։

Կկարգավորվի բազմահամակազմ ուսուցման դեպքում ուսուցչի վճարման հարցը հետևյալ ձևով. ուսուցիչը հավելյալ վարձատրվում է`

երկու դասարանի միավորման դեպքում` դրույքաչափի 50 %-ի չափով,

երեք դասարանի միավորման դեպքում` դրույքաչափի 75 %-ի չափով:

Քառահամակազմ ուսուցում չի նախատեսվում։

Այս մոտեցումը նախատեսում ենք փորձարկել Սյունիքի մարզում՝ կրթական որակյալ ծառայությունների կազմակերպման ծրագրի շրջանակներում։

️Միջնակարգ դպրոցների ավագ դասարաններում սովորողների մասնագիտական նախասիրություններն ու կողմնորոշումը զարգացնելու նպատակով ձևավորվում են միևնույն առարկան կամ միևնույն բնագավառում միևնույն առարկայական ծրագիրն ուսումնասիրող առանձին խմբեր։ Սրանով միջնակարգ դպրոցները հնարավորություն են ստանում իրականացնել երեխաների անհատական մասնագիտական կողմնորոշմանը նպաստող ուսուցում, ինչից մինչ այժմ զրկված են եղել։ Այս տարի այս մոտեցումը փորձարկել ենք Տավուշի մարզում՝ նոր չափորոշչի շրջանակներում։
