Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանը այսօր շատ քաջ է գտնվել՝ հրապարակելով Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի և Ստեփան Միքայելյանի հետ 2021թ. փետրվարին իր ունեցած զրույցի ձայնագրությունը: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության մամուլի խոսնակ Սոս Հակոբյանը:

Նա նաեւ նշել է. «Նորից նշենք, Ջհանգիրյանը, ըստ էության, գործարք է առաջարկում Վարդազարյանին սուս ու փուս հեռանալու և դրա դիմաց առաջարկում է «ջրել» իր նկատմամբ հարուցված կամ հարուցվելիք քրեական գործերը: Այսինքն, Ջհանգիրյանը իշխանությունների անունից սպառնում է Վարդազարյանին քաղաքական հետապնդումով, եթե վերջինս չդադարեցնի ԲԴԽ նախագահի պաշտոնում իր կասեցված լիազորությունների համար պայքարը:

Մնացե՞լ է կասկած ինչ-որ մեկի մոտ, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը օգտագործում է «անկախ» Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը, քննչական մարմինները, Դատախազությունը իր համար անընդունելի մարդկանց հեռացնելու, նստացնելու և ոչնչացնելու համար:

Մնացե՞լ է կասկած, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ամեն ապօրինության է դիմում և դեռ կդիմի դատական համակարգից քարը քարին չթողնելու և այն վարչապետի աշխատակազմին կից ինչ-որ ՊՈԱԿ սարքելու համար:

Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի պատժում են ոչ միայն ընդդիմադիր գործիչների՝ Վանեցյանի կամ Ղազինյանի հետ ընկերություն անելու համար: Վարդազարյանին փորձում են պատժել ուղղակի իր գործը՝ դատական համակարգի անկախությունը (քիչ թե շատ, ինչքանով, որ հնարավոր է եղել նույնիսկ քպական պայմաններում) անկախ պահելու համար:

Միանաշանակ է, որ, ո՛չ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ո՛չ Ջհանգիրյանը չեն մարսելու իրենց լկտիությունները, իրենց ապօրինությունները և պետությունը քանդելու հանձնառությունը անխնա առաջ տանելը: Գալու է հատուցման ժամանակը:

Միանշանակ է, որ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի քայլի ամենամեծ նշանակությունը կայանում է՝ մեր հանրության համար նորից ակներև դարձնելու, որ  Փաշինյանա-Ջհանգիրյանական խունտան կա՛մ կհեռացվի, կա՛մ վերջնականապես կոչնչացնի պետական համակարգի էլեմենտները:

Արձանագրենք ևս մի բան, որ ներկայում քաջ որոշումների կայացման ժամանակն է.

այդ համարձակ որոշումները պետք է կայացվեն բոլոր իմաստներով. թե՛ հասարակության հետ երկխոսությունը շարունակելու, թե՛ սեփական սխալներին նորից անդրադառնալու և շտկումներ անելու համար:

Ինչու՞, քանի որ կարևորը նպատակն է, եթե իհարկե մենք ազնիվ ենք մեր հայտարարած նպատակների մասով: Իսկ մեր նպատակը՝ անվտանգ և առաջադեմ Հայաստանն ու Արցախն են և այդ նպատակի կոկորդին կանգնած իշխանությունների հեռացումը»:
