«Հայաստան» խմբակցությունը նամակ է հղել ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ և ԵՄ դեսպաններին, որում ասված է.

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ԱՄՆ և ԵՄ դեսպաններին

հարգելի՛ տիկին Վիկտորին

Այսօր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի՝ լիազորությունները կասեցված նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանը հրապարակել է ձայնագրություն, որի արժանահավատությունը կասկածի տակ չի դրել կողմերից եւ ոչ մեկը։

Ձայնագրությունը պարունակում է հանցանքի ակնհայտ տարրերի, քրեական գործերին միջամտությունների և կոնկրետ պահանջների չկատարման դեպքում սպառնալիքների փաստեր։
Նման երևույթների մասին մենք բարձրաձայնել ենք բազմիցս և բացառապես բախվել ձեր լռությանը։
Այդ հանգամանքները պետք է քննության առարկա դառնան այն իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից, որոնց, փաստացի, ըստ հրապարակված ձայնագրության, պարտադիր կատարման ցուցումներ է կարողանում տալ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի հայտնի անդամը՝ Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը։

Ձայնագրությունը նաև պարունակում է քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելու խոստում, և դրա հետևանքները փաստացի արձանագրված են, այդ թվում՝ իբր արդար ու թափանցիկ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններով։

Դատական համակարգի թիվ մեկ պատասխանատու Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանը խոստովանում է, որ «Հայաստան» դաշինքի նախընտրական ցուցակը գլխավորած Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և ՀՅԴ-ի քաղաքական գործունեությանը միջամտելու հանձնառություն է ստանձնել։

Հատկանշական է, որ 2021 թվականի հունիսի 20-ի ընտրությունների օրը և դրան նախորդած եւ այնուհետև հաջորդած ժամանակահատվածներում ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական թիմի նկատմամբ դատական համակարգի ակնհայտ կողմնակալ, կախյալ վարքագծի մասին մեր կողմից քանիցս բարձրաձայնվել էր և կրկին բախվել ձեր լռությանը։

Ելնելով վերոգրյալից՝ ակնկալում ենք․
1) հրապարակավ դիրքորոշում հայտնել հրապարակված ձայնագրության և դատական, իրավապահ համակարգի իրական վիճակի վերաբերյալ,
2) հրապարակավ դիրքորոշում հայտնել՝ արդյո՞ք Գագիկ Ջհանգիրյանի կիրառած ու հայտնած ձևի ու բովանդակության դատական բարեփոխումները դեռևս արժանանում են ձեր աջակցությանը։

Նշված հարցադրումներին սեղմ ժամկետում պատասխան չտրամադրելը ողջամտորեն կդիտարկվի որպես նման ակնհայտ ապօրինություններին խրախուսում ձեր կողմից։
