Ճամբարակում նախորդ տարվա նոյեմբերի 16-ին մահացած 29-ամյա պայմանագրային զինծառայող Գեւորգ Ավետյանի գործով արդեն 7-րդ ամիսն է, ինչ նախաքննություն է ընթանում, գործը դեռ դատարան չի ուղարկվել: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում  Գեւորգ Ավետյանի եղբայրը` Գուրգեն Ավետյանը կարծում է , որ գործը միտումնավոր  է ձգձգվում:

«Մեզ ասում են, որ փորձաքննությունների արդյունքները դեռ  չեն ստացել, դրանց են սպասում, որպեսզի գործը տեղից շարժվի: Կալանավորված 2 զինծառայող կար,  նրանց ազատ են  արձակել,մեզ էլ ներկայացրել են, որ իրենց մեղքը քանի ապացուցված չէ, կարող են ազատության մեջ գտնվել: Մեկը կալանավորված մնացել է 4 ամիս, մյուսը 6 ամիս, մեղադրյալներից մեկի բարեկամը գլխավոր դատախազի խորհրդականն է, խորհրդականի եղբայրն էլ իրենց գործով զբաղվող փաստաբանն է, բա տենց էլ պետք է լիներ, կարծում եմ` այդտեղ փողն է դեր խաղալու»,-ասաց նա:

Մահացածի եղբայրը պնդում է, որ իր եղբորը սպանել են, ոչ թե հասցրել ինքնասպանության՝ ինչպես նշվում է առաջադրված մեղադրանքում:

«Ինչքան էլ իրենց ճղեն, մեկ է` մարդ չի կարող իրեն 3 կրակոց արձակի ինքնասպան լինի, մենք կարծում ենք, որ սպանություն է»,- հավելեց նա:

Նշենք, որ ավելի վաղ Պն-ից հայտնել էին, որ պայմանագրային զինծառայող, շարքային Գևորգ Խաչատուրի Ավետյանը (ծնվ. 1992թ.) նախնական տվյալով` զենքի հետ վարվելու կանոնները խախտելու հետևանքով վիրավորում ստացել է նոյեմբերի 15-ին, տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց, մեկ օր անց` նոյեմբերի 16-ին, արձանագրվել է մահը:
