«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երևանում ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու մասով քաղաքական իշխանությունը՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունն ու վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, փոշմանել են:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ քաղաքական իշխանությունը հասկանալու համար, թե Հայաստանի նախկին փոխվարչապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը, որն, ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների, ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրություններ լինելու դեպքում գլխավորելու էր ՔՊ-ի համամասնական ցուցակը, ինչքանով է վայելում երևանցիների համակրանքը, սոցիոլոգիական հարցում է պատվիրել:

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով՝ հարցման տվյալները բնավ ոգևորիչ չեն եղել, ըստ դրանց՝ հարցվածների 7-10 տակոսն է հայտնել, որ եթե առաջիկայում ընտրություններ լինեն, ապա Ավինյանի գլխավորած ցուցակին ձայն կտա: «Նման պատկերից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու ՔՊ-ն փոշմանել ու վերանայել են իրենց որոշումը:

Այժմ մտածում են, որ ավելի լավ է՝ գործող քաղաքապետ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանը մնա, պաշտոնավարի, այլապես եթե նոր ընտրությունների գնան, ապա տապալելու են ու կորցնեն մայրաքաղաքի պաշտոնավարումը: Երևանի ղեկավարում կորցնելը քաղաքական իշխանության համար, գիտեք, լրաջագույն մարտահրավեր է»,- ասաց ՔՊ-ամերձ մեր աղբյուրը: Չի բացառվում նաև՝ ՔՊ-ն փոխի իր թեկնածուին:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը կապ հաստատեց Ավինյանի հետ՝ լուրի մասին նաև նրա մեկնաբանությունը լսելու: Նախկին փոխվարչապետը, սակայն, նախքան մեր հարցերը լսելն ասաց, որ որևէ հարցի մասով մեկնաբանություն, առավել ևս՝ հարցազրույց չի տալու: Ինչքան էլ պնդեցինք, հակադարձեցինք, որ լուրն առանց իր մեկնաբանության կմնա, Ավինյանն անդրդրվելի մնաց՝ շեշտելով. «Սեպտեմբերին կխոսենք էլ, հարցազրույց էլ կտամ»:
