ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանն ու ՀՀ-ում Ֆրանսիայի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Անն Լույոն կարևորում են Ֆրանսիայի աջակցությամբ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի մասնագետների գործուղումն Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանի վերահոսկողության տակ անցած տարածքներ՝ դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնելու համար:

Այս մասին նրանք ասացին հուլիսի 11-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը:

«Ֆրանսիան գտնում է, որ անհրաժեշտ է զբաղվել ժառանգության պահպանման հարցով, որը ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի իրավասության տակ է: Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը 2022-ի փետրվարին Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ կայացած տեսակոնֆերանսին խոսել է այդ մասին: Մենք հույս ունենք, որ մեր ջանքերն արդյունք կտան, ու մենք կկարողանանք աջակցել այնպիսի պայմանների ստեղծմանը, որոնք հնարավորություն կտան իրականացնել ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ի առաքելությունը: Աշխատում ենք այդ ուղղությամբ»,-շեշտեց դեսպանը:

Վահրամ Դումանյանը վստահեցրեց, որ հարցը իրենց այսօրվա բարձր մանդատն է: «Ցավոք, մինչ օրս այս խնդիրը չի ստացել իր լուծումը, չի ձևավորվել վերջնական մոտեցումն այն առումով, որ չեն ձևավորվել համապատասխան դիտորդական խմբեր, որոնք պետք է շրջեն Արցախի վերահսկողությունից դուրս մնացած տարածքներում, հայտնի հուշարձաններում և արձանագրեն այնտեղի վիճակը»,-ասաց նախարարն ու հավելեց, որ դա չի եղել ադրբեջանական կողմի պատճառով, քանի որ նրանցից է կախված հանձնախմբի մուտքն այդ տարածքներ:

Դումանյանի խոսքով՝ ՅՈՒՆԵՍԿՕ-ն անում է իրենից կախված ամեն բան՝ այդ հարցը լուծելու համար:

«Միևնույն է, պատմությունը հզոր է, և այն փոխել հնարավոր չէ»,-շեշտեց նախարարը:
