Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Ա. Քյարամյանն ընդունել է Արցախի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Ի.Գրիգորյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: 

Հայաստանի և Արցախի քննչական կոմիտեների պաշտոնատար անձանց մասնակցությամբ կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են փոխգործակցությանն առնչվող տարբեր հարցեր:

Կողմերի միջև մտքերի փոխանակության ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև 2022 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից ուժի մեջ մտած՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական և քրեական դատավարության նոր օրենսգրքերի կիրառման վերաբերյալ մի շարք հարցերի, որոնք առնչվում են մինչդատական վարույթի ընթացքին, ինչպես նաև նախանշվել են Արցախի Հանրապետությունում քրեական և քրեադատավարական նոր օրենսգրքերի նախագծերի մշակմանը վերաբերող որոշ ընթացակարգային մոտեցումներ:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Ա. Քյարամյանը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել Արցախի գործընկերներին ցուցաբերել շարունակական աջակցություն ինչպես նոր օրենսդրական կարգավորումների, այնպես էլ՝ կազմակերպական ու համատեղ ծրագրերի իրագործման հարցերով՝ բարձր գնահատելով նմանատիպ ձևաչափերով հանդիպումների արդյունավետությունը:

ԱՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Ի. Գրիգորյանը շնորհավորել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահին արդարադատության երրորդ դասի պետական խորհրդականի դասային աստիճան ստանալու կապակցությամբ՝ մաղթելով ծառայողական նորովի հաջողություններ` ի շահ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում իրավակարգի ամրապնդման կարևորագույն գործընթացի արդյունավետ կազմակերպման:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ընդգծվել է Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետության դեմ սանձազերծած ագրեսիվ պատերազմի փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործերով համագործակցության արդյունավետությունը:

Հանդիպման շրջանակներում կարևորվել է երկու կառույցների շարունակական և արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը հանցագործությունների կանխարգելման և բացահայտման ասպարեզում, ինչպես նաև՝ աշխատանքային այլ ուղղություններում:
