ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչությունը շարունակում է անզիջում պայքարը թմրամիջոցների և հոգեմետ նյութերի` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանով անօրինական տեղափոխման ուղղությամբ:

Օրերս ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի, անչափահասների սեռական անձեռնմխելիության դեմ ուղղված և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության հանցագործությունների քննության վարչությունում տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ սուրհանդակային ծառայություններ մատուցող ընկերություններից մեկի միջոցով Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ներմուծված առաքանիներում առկա են մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով ներմուծված թմրամիջոցներ:

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի և  Քննչական կոմիտեի համագործակցության շրջանակում նշված տեղեկությունը փոխանցվել էր ՊԵԿ  մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչություն` հիշյալ առաքանիները նույնականացնելու և դրանցով մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ներմուծված թմրամիջոցները հայտնաբերելու նպատակով:

«Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանի «կարգո» բեռնային համալիրի մաքսային հսկողության գոտում  ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության օպերատիվ հետախուզության և Զվարթնոց  բաժինների աշխատակիցների կողմից մաքսային զննման է ենթարկվել Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգներից Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ներմուծված 2 առաքանի: Արդյունքում առաքանիներից մեկի մեջ առկա տպիչ սարքի ներքին հատվածներից հայտնաբերվել են 333 գրամ «մեթամֆետամին» և 37 գրամ ընդհանուր քաշով «կոկաին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի փոշենման զանգվածներ: Երկրորդ առաքանու միջի տպիչ սարքի ներքին հատվածից ևս հայտնաբերվել են 112 գրամ ընդհանուր քաշով «մեթամֆետամին» և 53 գրամ «կոկաին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի փոշենման զանգվածներ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, վերոնշյալ  2  առաքանիների միջից հայտնաբերվել են 445 գրամ ընդհանուր քաշով «մեթամֆետամին» տեսակի  և 90 գրամ ընդհանուր քաշով «կոկաին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի փոշենման զանգվածներ:

Հայտնաբերված թմրամիջոցի զանգվածները, ինչպես նաև առաքանիներում հայտնաբերված իրերն ու առարկաները ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից կազմված նյութերի հետ միասին տրամադրվել են Քննչական կոմիտեի համապատասխան վարչություն` հետագա վարութային գործողություններն իրականացնելու համար:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղքն ապացուցված չէ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
