Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Երանուհի Թումանյանցը մասնակցել է Եվրոպական Միության, Միջազգային իրավական համագործակցության գերմանական հիմնադրամի (IRZ) և Լատվիայի դատական ադմինիստրացիայի կողմից՝ «Հայաստանում արդարադատության համակարգի ամրապնդում» ծրագրի շրջանակներում կազմակերպած «Դատաիրավական բարեփոխումներ և արդարադատության մատչելիություն» խորագրով ամփոփիչ համաժողովին:

Ինչպես հայտնում են ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունից, բացման խոսքում փոխնախարար Թումանյանցը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Եվրոպական Միության և Միջազգային իրավական համագործակցության գերմանական հիմնադրամի (IRZ) ներկայացուցիչներին, «Հայաստանում արդարադատության համակարգի ամրապնդում» ծրագրի թիմի ղեկավար Փիթեր Գյորթլերին, միջազգային բոլոր գործընկերներին` իրականացված ծրագրի շրջանակներում արդյունավետ համագործակցության և գրանցած դրական արդյունքների համար:

Փոխնախարարը հայտնել է նաև, որ նույն օրը տեղի է ունեցել «Հայաստանում արդարադատության համակարգի ամրապնդում» ծրագրի ղեկավար կոմիտեի ամփոփիչ նիստը, որի ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել ծրագրի իրականացման ընթացքին, ինչպես նաև ունեցած ձեռքբերումներին, որոնք դրական են գնահատվել Արդարադատության նախարարության կողմից: Այս համատեքստում փոխնախարարն ընդգծել է ծրագրի շրջանակներում Եվրոպական Միության գործընկերների հետ սերտ համագործակցությամբ և աջակցությամբ Հայաստանում արբիտրաժային կենտրոնի և քրեակատարողական նոր հիմնարկի հիմնադրմանն ուղղված աշխատանքների կարևորությունը:

Փոխնախարար Թումանյանցը նշել է նաև, որ Արևելյան Գործընկերության 2020-2021 թվականների ինդեքսով, Եվրոպական Միության հետ համագործակցության և իրականացված բարեփոխումների արդյունքում՝ Հայաստանը դրական առաջընթաց է գրանցել հակակոռուպցիոն և անկախ դատարանների ոլորտներում՝ առաջ անցնելով Արևելյան Գործընկերության բոլոր երկրներից:

Փոխնախարար Թումանյանցը հավելել է, որ Դատաիրավական ռազմավարության ընդունմանը զուգահեռ՝ Արդարադատության նախարարությունը հետամուտ է լինելու «Հայաստանում արդարադատության համակարգի ամրապնդում» ծրագրով և ռազմավարությամբ նախանշված գործողությունների իրականացմանը:
