Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան 2022 թվականի հունիսի 28-ին ներկայացվել է ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման վերաբերյալ տասներկուերորդ հայցադիմումը, որն 2022 թ. հուլիսի 11-ին ընդունվել է վարույթ:

Համաձայն վերջինի՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործերով վարչությունը պահանջ է ներկայացրել դատարանին Մանվել Գրիգորյանի ժառանգներից և փոխկապակցված անձանցից հօգուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բռնագանձել մասնավորապես՝   

 ➢ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում գտնվող թվով 28 անշարժ գույքեր, թվով 16 տրանսպորտային միջոցներ, իսկ անհնարինության դեպքում՝ դրանց միջին շուկայական արժեքները, որն ընդհանուր կազմում է ավելի քան 2.552.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ, ինչպես նաև մասնակցություններ թվով 6 իրավաբանական անձերում:
 ➢ Իրավաբանական անձանց տրամադրված ընդհանուր 668.160.803 ՀՀ դրամ փոխառությունների պահանջի իրավունքը:
 ➢ 19.236.606 ՀՀ դրամ՝ որպես ապօրինի դրամական միջոցների մնացորդ, 18.656.316 ՀՀ դրամ՝ ավանդների մնացորդ, ինչպես նաև 17.027.871 ՀՀ դրամ, որը չի հիմնավորվում անձի օրինական եկամուտներով, ունի ապօրինի ծագում և հնարավոր չէ բռնագանձել՝ հիմք ընդունելով ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման մասին օրենքի 20-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասը: 
Առաջիկայում վարչության կողմից այլ գործերով, որոնցով արդեն իսկ կիրառվել են հայցի նախնական ապահովման միջոցներ, ևս կներկայացվեն ապօրինի գույքի բռնագանձման հայցադիմումներ։
