Արգենտինան, Բրազիլիան և Մեքսիկան հրաժարվել են միանալ ամերիկյան երկրների դիրքորոշմանը Ուկրաինայում հակամարտությունը դատապարտելու հարցում, հետևում է հինգշաբթի օրը Բրազիլիայում կայացած Ամերիկայի պաշտպանության նախարարների 15-րդ համաժողովի ավարտին ընդունված հռչակագրից, գրում է ՏԱՍՍ֊ը։

«Արգենտինան և Բրազիլիան, իրենց միջազգային քաղաքականությունը կառավարող սկզբունքների համաձայն, ճանաչում են ՄԱԿ-ի դերը միջազգային խաղաղության և անվտանգության ապահովման հարցում և այս կազմակերպությունը համարում են համապատասխան լիազորություններ ունեցող հարթակ Ուկրաինայի հակամարտությունը լուծելու համար»,֊բացատրվում է երկու երկրների փաստաթղթում։

Մեքսիկան իր հերթին կարծում է, որ Ուկրաինայում ստեղծված իրավիճակը չի մտնում CMDA-ի իրավասության մեջ և միանում է Արգենտինայի և Բրազիլիայի կարծիքին ՄԱԿ-ի դերի վերաբերյալ։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Հայիթին, Գվատեմալան, Դոմինիկյան Հանրապետությունը, Կանադան, Կոլումբիան, Պարագվայը, ԱՄՆ-ն և Էկվադորը «կրկին խստորեն դատապարտել են» ռազմական գործողությունները Ուկրաինայում, հետևում է փաստաթղթի տեքստից։
