«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Երկու օրից ավարտվում է գազաբալոնների վկայագրման գործընթացի համար Տարածքային կառավարման ու ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության սահմանած ժամկետը, ինչից հետո վկայագիր չունեցող ավտոմեքենաները գազալցակայաններում չեն սպասարկվի:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթն ավելի վաղ գրել էր, որ վարորդներից շատերը պատրաստակամորեն մեքենան ճնշափորձակայան են հասցնում, բայց այնտեղ հրաժարվում են սպասարկել գործարանային բալոն ունեցող մեքենաները: ՏԿԵ նախարարությունից մեզ հայտնել էին, որ խնդրին ծանոթ են, ու ճնշափորձակայանների ներկայացուցիչներին մտադիր են մի սեղանի շուրջը հավաքել՝ հասկանալու համար՝ խնդրին ինչպես լուծում տալ:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ՝ վերոնշյալ հանդիպումն օրերս տեղի է ունեցել, ինչին ավելի քան 30 մարդ է մասնակցել: Նախարարության աշխատակիցների հետ բալոնների փորձաճնշակայանների ներկայացուցիչները ոչ միայն գործարանային բալոնները փորձաքննելու, այլ նաև վկայագրման գործընթացի հետ կապված այլևայլ հարցեր են քննարկել:

«Հանդիպման ժամանակ քննարկվել ու հստակեցվել է, որ եթե բալոնը գործարանային արտադրության է, արտադրության պահից էլ 2 տարի չի անցել, ապա վարորդն ուղղակի պետք է վկայագրող կայան մոտենա, մեքենայի ու բալոնի տվյալները մուտքագրվեն էլեկտրոնային շտեմարան, և հենց այդ պահից բալոնը վկայագրված կհամարվի»,- «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում ասաց նախարար Սանոսյանի մամուլի քարտուղար Սոնա Հարությունյանը:

Մասնագետների գնահատմամբ, սակայն, 2 տարվա հնության գործարանային բալոնը բնավ չի ենթադրում, թե այն թերություններ չունի կամ ամբողջովին անվտանգ է: «Մինչև չփորձաքննես, չես հասկանա՝ ինչն ինչոց է: Արտաքինից ամեն բան կարող է իդեալական թվալ, բայց փորձաքննում ես, ու պարզվում է՝ անվտանգության հետ կապված լուրջ խնդիրներ ունի»,- ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը:
Ի՞նչ է ստացվում. պետությունը մի կողմից պարտադրանք-օրենք է սահմանում, մյուս կողմից, պարզվում է, որ այդ օրենքը թերի է: Շատ վարորդներ, որ պատրաստակամ են վկայագրել մեքենայի բալոնները, անհասկանալի իրավիճակում են հայտնվում. 2 օրից էլ արգելք է գործելու, որը ավելի կսրի իրավիճակը»:
