Հուլիսի 29-ի ուշ երեկոյան ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները ստացան տեղեկություն, որ ժամը 18-ի սահմաններում Սևանի թերակղզու հարավային լողափի տարածքում ծագել է վիճաբանություն, հնչել են կրակոցներ:

Մարզային վարչությունից և Սևանի բաժնից դեպքի վայր մեկնած օպերատիվ խմբերը պարզեցին, որ մոտորանավակի վարձակալության հարցի շուրջ մոտորանավակի սեփականատիրոջ, որը սևանցի 28-ամյա երիտասարդ է, և երկու տղամարդու միջև վեճ է ծագել։ Այդ ընթացքում սևանցին խփել է նրանցից մեկին, իսկ երբ նրանց երրորդ ընկերը ատրճանակից կրակել է, խփել է նաև նրան, գցել գետնին, ձեռքից վերցրել է ատրճանակը և նետել մի կողմ:

Դեպքի վայր են մեկնում նաև ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության և Սևանի բաժնի ղեկավարները, քննիչներ ու փորձագետ: Տարածքի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվում է միայն պարկուճ: Ձեռնարկվում են օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ, որոնց արդյունքում էլ հաջողվում է պարզվել, որ ատրճանակից կրակել էր նախկինում մի քանի անգամ դատապարտված 40-ամյա մի տղամարդ: Կրակողի և նրա ընկերների վտանգավոր վարքագիծը ստիպում էր հանցագործությունը հնարավորինս արագ բացահայտել, ինչի համար ներգրավվում են նոր ուժեր:

Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր, Գեղարքունիքի մարզային և Երևան քաղաքի վարչությունների, Նոր Նորքի և Սևանի բաժինների ծառայողների համատեղ ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ժամը 5.30-ին կրակողը հայտնաբերվում է Երևանի հյուրանոցային համալիրներից մեկում, ձերբակալվում և ներկայացվում է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին: Սևանի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք է տեղափոխվել մեքենան, որով նա հեռացել էր դեպքի վայրից։

Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ հանցագործության գործիքը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ: Նախաքննությամբ հանգամանքները պարզվում են:
