Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ օգոստոսի 4-ի նիստում որպես նվիրատվություն գույք ընդունելու և գույք ամրացնելու մասին որոշում կայացրեց:

Որոշման հիմնավորման մեջ նշվում է, որ 2022թ․-ի մայիս ամսին «Հայաստանում միգրացիոն քաղաքականության զարգացման միջազգային կենտրոն՝ ICMPD» կազմակերպությունը ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչությանը՝ որպես տեխնիկական օժանդակություն անվճար, անհատույց հիմունքներով և առանց միգրացիոն քաղաքականության զարգացման միջազգային կենտրոնի նկատմամբ որևէ պարտավորության տրամադրել է հերթերի կառավարման սարքավորումներ՝ առաջարկելով այն ընդունել որպես նվիրատվություն։

Նշված տեխնիկական սարքավորումները՝ որպես նվիրատվություն ընդունելը նպատակ ունի բարձրացնել ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության և տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների կողմից քաղաքացիներին մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակը՝ հաշվի առնելով ներկայումս նկատվող հերթերի աճման միտումը, ինչը պայմանավորված է նաև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում բնակվող մեծ թվով ՀՀ քաղաքացիների անձնագիր ստանալու համար ներկայացվող դիմումների աճով։

ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչությունում և առավել ծանրաբեռնված տարածքային անձնագրային ծառայություններում հերթերը կառավարելու և արագ սպասարկում իրականացնելու նպատակով՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԱՎ վարչությանը տրամադրվել են համակարգչային սարքավորումներ, մասնավորապես` թվով 23 հատ հերթագրման սարքավորումներ /մեկ հատի արժեքը 1200 եվրո է/, 23 հատ տեղեկատվական վահանակներ /մեկ հատի արժեքը 370 եվրո է/ և 1 հերթերի ավտոմատ կառավարման համակարգ /մեկ հատի արժեքը 23 500 եվրո է/:

Հարկ է նկատել, որ ներկայումս ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաների վարչության և առավել ծանրաբեռնված 5 տարածքային ստորաբաժանումներում տեղադրված են հերթերի կառավարման սարքավորումներ, որոնք հնարավորություն են տալիս քաղաքացիներին օգտվել ՀՀ ոստիկանության անձնագրային և վիզաներիվարչության ծառայություններից /այդ թվում՝ առցանց հերթագրման եղանակով/, ինչն արդեն իսկ նկատելիորեն ստեղծում է ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԱՎ վարչության և տարածքային անձնագրային ծառայությունների միջև աշխատանքների համակարգման և քաղաքացիներին ծառայությունների մատուցման առավել որակյալ պայմաններ։
