Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում պարզվել է օգոստոսի 4-ին Արարատի մարզում խոշոր ավտովթարի հետևանքով հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված վիրավորների և վարորդի ինքնությունը։ 

Shamshyan.com-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ Nissan Murano-ն վարել է Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ՝ 13-ամյա Բաբկեն Զ-ն, ով ավտոմեքենայով Մասիս-Նուբարաշեն ավտոճանապարհին դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի գոտուց և կողաշրջվել։

Վթարի հետևանքով Բաբկեն Զ-ն, ուղևորներ՝ Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ, 14-ամյա Գառնիկ Ս-ն, Երևանի բնակիչներ՝ 14-ամյա Տիգրան Ա-ն և 14-ամյա Հենզել Շ-ն մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» ԲԿ։

Ժամը 13։45-ի սահմաններում Nissan Murano մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան Մասիս-Նուբարաշեն ավտոճանապարհի օղակաձև խաչմերուկից դեպի 3-րդ կմ հատվածում դուրս էր եկել հանդիպակաց երթևեկելի գոտի, բախվել քարերին և կողաշրջված վիճակում հայտնվել դաշտում։   Վթարի հետևանքով 4 անչափահասներ տարբեր աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էին «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոն։ 

Վիրավորներին առաջինն օգնության էին հասել վթարի հարևանությամբ գործող ավտոտեխսպասարկման կետի աշխատակիցները և օպերատիվորեն ժամանած Մասիսի հիվանդանոցի բժիշկների հերթապահ խմբերը, ովքեր վիրավորներին, մինչև հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելը, տեղում առաջին բուժօգնությունն էին ցուցաբերել։ 

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել էին Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Գրիգոր Պողոսյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Կարապետ Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ։  Տարածքը սահմանազատել և  ուժեղացված ծառայություն էին կատարել նույն վաշտի տեսուչներ Էդուարդ Սաֆարյանն ու Ստեփան Ադամյանը։ Վթարի մասին ՃՈ 1-77 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Երվանդ Ալեքսանյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել էր Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել էր քննչական խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Սամվել Անդրեասյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Գեղամ Մկրտչյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել էին նաև ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի պետի տեղակալ Կարեն Ստեփանյանի գլխավորությամբ։  Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածներն ասում էին, որ վիրավորներին հիվանդանոց են ուղեկցել դասակի հրամանատար Կ․ Հարությունյանն ու ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի ավագ տեսուչ Գևորգ Համբարձումյանը։ 

Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են վարորդի և վիրավորների ինքնությունը։
