«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից ձերբակալված ՊՆ գեներալ-մայոր Արմեն Հարությունյանի գործով ԱԱԾ-ն նաեւ մեղադրանք է առաջադրել բանակին զենք մատակարարող հայտնի գործարար Դավիթ Գալստյանին՝ Պատրոն Դավոյին, եւ նրա քրոջորդուն՝ Արթուր Բաղդասարյանին:

Նախկին ու ներկա իշխանությունների օրոք զենքի առեւտրով ու ներկրմամբ զբաղվող Դավիթ Գալստյանը եւ քրոջորդին կալանքի տակ էին մինչեւ ՊՆ գեներալին կալանավորելը: Այսօր նրանք ազատության մեջ են, իսկ գեներալ Հարությունյանը կալանքի տակ է: Ինչպես, ինչի դիմաց՝ անհասկանալի է: Գալստյանը կարողանում է բոլոր իշխանությունների օրոք հարցեր լուծել, անպատիժ մնալ:

Դեռեւս երկու տարի առաջ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ արտերկրում գրանցված Mosston Engineering ընկերության խորհրդի նախագահ Դավիթ Գալստյանը իր ընկերության տնօրեն Արթուր Բաղդասարյանի հետ 2018 թվականի ընթացքում ՊՆ-ին է մատակարարել 1983-1986թթ. արտադրության հրանոթի անորակ արկեր, որոնցով, ըստ ԱԱԾ-ի, հնարավոր չի եղել լուծել մարտական խնդիրներ: Դրանց դիմաց Գալստյանը 1 մլն 83.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար է ստացել: Փաստորեն, չկրակող արկերը պետության վրա վաճառողը ազատության մեջ է:
