Գիտնականները Ռուսաստանում հայտնաբերել են կորոնավիրուսի նոր տեսակ, որը միավորում է «օմիկրոն» և «դելտա» շտամները։ Այդ մասին գրում է РБК-ն։

Ամերիկացի գենետիկ Դմիտրի Պրուսը հայտարարել է, որ նոր շտամի՝ այսպես կոչված «ռուսական դելտակրոնի» վտանգը դեռ պետք է պարզել։ Նրա խոսքով, օմիկրոնի և դելտա գենոմի բեկորներով հիբրիդային վիրուսները շատ հազվադեպ են՝ դելտա շտամի գրեթե ամբողջական անհետացման պատճառով։ Պրուսը նշում է, որ հենց այս անսովոր վիրուսներն են հայտնաբերվել Սանկտ Պետերբուրգից գենոմային տվյալների վերջին ներբեռնումներում։

«Դրանցից առաջինը հայտնվեց հուլիսի սկզբին։ Սակայն հուլիսի վերջին Սմորոդինցևի գրիպի ինստիտուտի հետազոտողները հայտնաբերել էին ավելի շատ նման գենոմներ: Մենք նորից ստուգեցինք այն ամենը, ինչ կարող էինք, և եկանք վստահ եզրակացության. սա սխալ չէ, այլ հիբրիդային վիրուս է», - ասել է գիտնականը։ Պրուսը շեշտում է, որ վիրուսը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, ծագել է Ռուսաստանում, քանի որ կորոնավիրուսի այս տարբերակը դեռևս չի հայտնաբերվել աշխարհի որևէ այլ երկրում։

Գիտնականը կիսվել է, որ «ռուսական դելտակրոնը» դեռ ամբողջությամբ ուսումնասիրված չէ, և հայտնի չէ՝ այն կարո՞ղ է առաջացնել այլ շտամներ կամ առաջացնել ծանր Covid։ Նա խորհուրդ է տվել ռուսական բժշկական հաստատություններին ուշադիր հետևել նոր շտամներին: «Առանց դրա, բավարար տվյալներ չկան՝ ասելու, թե արդյո՞ք ժամանակն է համաճարակաբանական հսկողության միջոցներ ավելացնելու», - եզրափակել է Պրուսը:
