ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Երիտասարդության միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ, որում մասնավորապես ասված է.

«Սիրելի՛ երիտասարդներ,

Շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիդ այս լուսավոր օրվա՝ Երիտասարդության միջազգային օրվա կապակցությամբ:

Անվիճարկելի ճշմարտություն է, որ ցանկացած երկրում երիտասարդությունն է փոփոխությունների առաջամարտիկը, յուրաքանչյուր հասարակության շարժիչ ուժը, և առաջադեմ են այն պետությունները, որտեղ երիտասարդները մասնակից են որոշումների ընդունմանը։

Մտքով և հոգով առողջ, կրթված, նպատակասլաց, նորարարական գաղափարներով զինված և նախաձեռնող երիտասարդությունն է մեր ազգի և պետության բարեկեցիկ ապագայի գրավականը: Այդպիսին ենք մենք ուզում տեսնել մեր երիտասարդությանը, և դրան են ուղղված պետության կողմից իրականացվող երիտասարդական հասցեական և թիրախային ծրագրերն ու միջոցառումները:

Այս տարի Երիտասարդության միջազգային օրը կրում է «Սերունդների համերաշխություն. ստեղծելով աշխարհ՝ բոլոր տարիքի մարդկանց համար» խորագիրը: Այս համատեքստում, իմ խորին համոզմամբ, երիտասարդությունը տարիքային սահմանափակում չունի. երիտասարդ են նրանք, ովքեր մշտապես հանդես են գալիս նորարարական գաղափարներով ու նախաձեռնություններով, շրջապատին համակում են երիտասարդական ավյունով ու եռանդով, պատրաստակամ են ու մասնակից դրական փոփոխություններին:

Երիտասարդության ոլորտում կատարված ցանկացած ներդրում համարվում է ներդրում վաղվա օրվա, լավ ապագա ունենալու գործում։ Ըստ այդմ՝ վստա՛հ եղեք, որ ՀՀ Կառավարությունը շարունակելու է իրականացնել բազմաթիվ երիտասարդական ծրագրեր՝ միտված երիտասարդների ներուժի բացահայտմանը, հնարավորությունների ու կարողունակությունների զարգացմանը, ինքնադրսևորման համար նպաստավոր միջավայրի ձևավորմանը և հատկապես մարզային երիտասարդության ինքնաիրացման համար համապատասխան պայմանների ստեղծմանը։

Եղե՛ք նորարար ձեր ցանկություններում և նպատակներում, համարձակ՝ ձեր որոշումներում, հետևողական՝ ձեր գործողություններում։ Քանզի ապագան ձերն է։ Ցանկանում եմ, որ այս գիտակցմամբ ապրեք և արարեք՝ ի շահ հարազատ համայնքի, մարզի, ի վերջո, մեր պաշտելի հայրենիքի։

Սիրելի՛ երիտասարդներ, մաղթում եմ ձեզ խաղաղ երկինք, ամուր կամք, վճռականություն և ապագայի նկատմամբ անսասան լավատեսություն»:
