Լեհաստանում ընթացող Եվրոպայի ծանրամարտի պատանիների և մինչև 15 տարեկանների առաջնությունում Հայաստանը հերթական մեդալներն է նվաճել:

Մ15 տարեկանների Եվրոպայի առաջնությունում Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչ, 61 կգ քաշային Սերյոժա Բարսեղյանը երկու ռեկորդ է սահմանել և հռչակվել չեմպիոն:

Սարգսյանը երկամարտի ռեկորդային 236 կգ արդյունքով ոսկե մեդալ է նվաճել: Պոկում վարժությունում նա բարձրացրել է 111 կգ կշռող ծանրաձողը, ինչը ևս ռեկորդային է Եվրոպայի մինչև 15 տարեկանների պատանիների շրջանում, իսկ հրում վարժությունում Բարսեղյանը գլխավերևում պահել է 125 կգ ծանրաձողը: Առանձին վարժություններում ևս նա արժանացել է երկու փոքր ոսկե մեդալների:

Զուգահեռաբար ընթացող Եվրոպայի պատանիների առաջնությունում էլ 16-ամյա ծանրորդ Ժորա Գրիգորյանը երկամարտի 225 կգ արդյունքով դարձել է արծաթե մեդալակիր և կանգնել է պատվո հարթակի երկրորդ աստիճանին:

55 կգ քաշայինների պայքարում Գրիգորյանը պոկում վարժությունում գլխավերևում պահել է 100 կգ ծանրաձողն ու փոքր բրոնզե մեդալ նվաճել, իսկ հրում վարժությունում ցուցադրած 125 կգ արդյունքով դարձել է փոքր ոսկե մեդալակիր:

Այս քաշային կարգում չեմպիոնի կոչումը նվաճել է Ռումինիայի ներկայացուցիչը՝ երկամարտի 225 արդյունքով, իսկ լավագույն եռյակը եզրափակել է Վրաստանի ներկայացուցիչը (221 կգ):

Հիշեցնենք՝ ավելի վաղ Եվրոպայի պատանեկան առաջնության չեմպիոններ էին դարձել գյումրեցի ծանրորդներ Միքայել Չոլակյանն ու Ալեքսանդրա Գրիգորյանը:

Եվրոպայի պատանիների և Մ15 տարեկանների առաջնությունը կավարտվի օգոստոսի 17-ին:
