Գրեթե քրեստոմատիկ ճշմարտություն է կամ, ասենք, քաղաքագիտության տարրական աքսյոմա, թե աշխարհում չեն լինում հավերժական թշնամիներ, լինում են հավերժական շահեր։ Մինչ քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհը գնում է դաշինքների ամրապնդման կամ դաշինքների ստեղծման ճանապարհով, Հայաստանը, կարծեք, դարձել է միայնակ խաղացող։

«Հայաստանը նման վիճակում է հայտնվել, քանի որ հույսը շարունակում է կապել պատմականորեն միակ ռազմավարական դաշնակցի՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ․ մինչդեռ նույն ռուսներն ապացուցում են, որ իրենց համար տարբեր շրջափուլերում լինում են այլ առաջնահերթություններ, քաղաքական հրամայականներ և այլն»,-ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում նման տեսակետ հայտնեց թուրքահետ Հակոբ Չաքրյանը։

Իբրև ասածի վկայություն, մեր զրուցակիցը վկայակոչեց անցյալի հայտնի դիպվածները՝ բոլշևիկներ-թուրքեր, Լենին-Քեմալ Աթաթուրք դաշնակցության իմաստով, որոնք, ըստ նրա, այդքան էլ հայանպաստ չէին։

Հարցին, թե արդյո՞ք շատ չենք մեր հայացքն ու մեղադրանքը սևեռում դեպի օտարները, փոխանակ՝ հասկանալու, թե ինչն այնպես չենք անում, որպեսզի ռեգիոնալ, աշխարհաքաղաքական քարտեզի վրա դառնանք գործընկերության կայուն հանգույց, Չաքրյանն ասաց․

«Հիշենք Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմը․ կարծում եմ, դա ոչ թե Արցախի, այլ Հայաստանի դեմ էր։ Նման իրավիճակում դժվար է պայքար մղել մի քանի ուժերի դեմ, ավելի՛ն, այդքանից հետո կարողանալ արագորեն ուշքի գալ»։

Իսկ թե որքանո՞վ կարող են առնչություն ունենալ Հայաստանի կամ հայկական կոմպոնենտի վրա Թուրքիայի և Իսրայելի հաշտությունը, թուրքագետն ասաց, որ Անկարայի և Թել Ավիվի դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների վերականգնումը պետք է դիտել առերևույթ։ Նրա պնդմամբ, միշտ չէ, որ Իսրայելը պաշտպանում է Թուրքիայի այս կամ այն դիրքորոշումը, մի բան, որ բնորոշ է նույնիսկ ԵՄ-ԱՄՆ հարաբերությունների կամ տարբեր ուժային կենտրոնների և պետությունների դեպքում։

«Բոլոր դեպքերում թուրք-իսրայելական հարաբերությունների բնականոնացումը մեզ վնաս չի բերի, եթե նաև հաշվի առնենք, որ ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունները ժամանակին հայտարարեցին Իսրայելում ՀՀ դեսպանատուն բացելու մտադրության մասին։ Բայց Իսրայելի հետ մեր հարաբերությունները հնարավոր է Իրանին բացասաբար տրամադրի մեր դեմ»,- եզրափակեց Հակոբ Չաքրյանը։
