Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանը օգոստոսի 26-ին, ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Անահիտ Հակոբյանի ուղեկցությամբ, մասնակցել է Ստեփանակերտի, Շուշիի և Հադրութի հանրակրթական դպրոցների ներկայացուցիչների օգոստոսյան ավանդական խորհրդակցությանը:

Պետական նախարարը լսել է նախորդ ուսումնական տարվա ձեռքբերումների ու հիմնախնդիրների և նոր ուսումնական տարվա անելիքների մասին Ստեփանակերտի քաղաքային, Շուշիի և Հադրութի շրջանային հանրակրթության ոլորտի պատասխանատուների զեկույցները, առանձին ու մանրամասն քննարկել ոլորտում առկա խնդիրներն ու հնարավոր լուծումները: Արտակ Բեգլարյանը և ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության ղեկավար կազմը ներկայացրել են այն հիմնական դիտարկումները, որոնք առանցքային նշանակություն ունեն կրթության որակի բարելավման ու կրթօջախների արդյունավետ գործունեության ապահովման համար: Պետական նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ կրթության ոլորտի բարեփոխումների ուղղությամբ ԱՀ կառավարությունն իրականացնում է հետևողական քաղաքականություն, և առաջիկայում, ուսուցչական կազմի հետ համաձայնեցմամբ, կնախաձեռնվեն համակարգային բարեփոխումներ՝ ձևավորելու արդի մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու ունակ և մեր առանձնահատկություններին համապատասխան կրթական համակարգ:

«Իմ պատկերացմամբ՝ առաջիկա ուսումնական տարին պետք է խորը վերլուծության և պլանավորման ժամանակահատված լինի՝ բոլոր հիմնախնդիրները, երկարաժամկետ նպատակներն ու անելիքները համատեղ վեր հանելու առաջնահերթությամբ: Մեր հիմնախնդիրների երկարաժամկետ ու հիմնարար լուծումները հնարավոր են որակյալ կրթության միջոցով: Այո՛, Արցախում ապրելը, կրթելը, ուսանելը հեշտ չէ, շատ ավելի դժվար է, քան աշխարհի երկրների գերակշիռ մասում: Բայց այն պատվաբեր է մեզ համար և մենք մեր պատիվն ու ստանձնած առաքելությունը պետք է բարձր պահենք, որի միջոցով կկարողանանք հաղթահարել դժվարությունների հերթական փուլը»,- իր խոսքում նշել է Արտակ Բեգլարյանը:

Օգոստոսյան խորհրդակցության ժամանակ տնօրենների ու ուսուցիչների հետ պետական նախարարը քննարկել է նոր ուսումնական տարվան ընդառաջ՝ ոլորտում առկա խնդիրներին և լուծման ուղիներին առնչվող տարաբնույթ հարցեր:

Օրվա երկրորդ կեսին պետական նախարարը մասնակցել է նաև Ասկերանում, իսկ այսօր առավոտյան՝ Մարտակերտում հրավիրված համաբովանդակ խորհրդակցություններին:
