«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետաքննությունը շարունակվում է մի շատ կարեւոր անվտանգային հարցի շուրջ՝ ինչպես են Հայաստանի բջջային օպերատորներից «Վիվա ՄՏՍ»-ի քարտերը հայտնվել Ադրբեջանի հատուկ ծառայության աշխատակիցների ձեռքին, որոնք հայկական հեռախոսահամարներով զանգել են մեր քաղաքացիներին եւ ահաբեկել շատերին: Հիշեցնենք, որ 2020թ.-ի հուլիսի 24-ին՝ պատերազմից ամիսներ առաջ, ԱԱԾ-ն հայտնել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության հատուկ ծառայությունների աշխատակիցներն օգտագործում են ՀՀ տարբեր բջջային օպերատորների հեռախոսահամարներ եւ դրանցով զանգահարելով ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին՝ անկախ հետազոտություններ անցկացնելու պատրվակով (իբր կատարում են սոցհարցումներ ՀՀ-ում), հատկապես Զինված ուժերում տիրող իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ հետախուզական բնույթի տեղեկություններ են ստանում: Մասնավորապես, նմանօրինակ հեռախոսազանգեր են արձանագրվել ՀՀ 094-39-75-95 եւ 093-52-72-08 բջջային հեռախոսահամարներից:

Վերոնշյալ բջջային համարները «Վիվա ՄՏՍ»-ի կոդով հեռախոսահամարներ են: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունից հետաքրքրվել է, թե արդյոք հեռախոսների քարտի վաճառքը օրինական է եղել: «Փաստ է, որ հեռախոսահամարի գնման դեպքում անձը անձագիր է ներկայացնում, լրացվում են տվյալներ: «Վիվա-ՄՏՍ»-ի աշխատակիցները ստուգե՞լ են, թե ում են հեռախոսահամար վաճառում, ում անունով են գրանցված այդ հեռախոսահամարները». մեր այս պարզ հարցին, սակայն, ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն տվել է ակնհայտ ոչ ուղիղ պատասխան՝ միայն կրկնելով նախորդ հարցի պատասխանը. «Ինչպես «ՄՏՍ Հայստան» ընկերությունը, այնպես էլ ՀՀ-ում գործող մյուս բջջային օպերատորները Ադրբեջանի հատուկ ծառայությունների աշխատակիցներին, Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիներին, ադրբեջանական անձնագրեր ունեցող անձանց հեռախոսահամարներ չեն վաճառել»:

Իսկ թե ինչպես են ադրբեջանցիները դարձել «Վիվա ՄՏՍ»-ի հեռախոսահամարի քարտապաններ, շարունակում է անհասկանալի մնալ: «Վիվա ՄՏՍ»-ին ուղղված մեր հարցումներից հետո ստացել ենք նույն պատասխանը, թե իրենք ադրբեջանցիներին չեն վաճառել հեռախոսահամարներ: Հարցը շարունակում է մնալ առավել արդիական եւ վտանգներով լի. այդ դեպքում ինչպե՞ս է Ադրբեջանի հատուկ ծառայությունը դարձել «Վիվա ՄՏՍ» քարտի տեր. ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն հստակ չի պարզաբանում, ինչը շատ հարցեր է առաջացնում: Շարունակելի….
