«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. 

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ այս օրերին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչություն հարցաքննության են հրավիրում Ազգային ժողովի ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներին։ Մեզ հասած տեղեկություններով՝ իրավապահները պատգամավորներին հարցաքննության են հրավիրում 2022 թվականի մայիսից մեկնարկած «Դիմադրություն» շարժման բողոքի ակցիաների ժամանակ գրանցված բռնության դեպքերի մասով: Դրանց մասով քրեական վարույթ է հարուցվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 149-րդ հոդվածով, որ վերաբերում է բռնություն գործադրելով պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելուն:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հայտնի դարձավ, որ այս եւ այլ գործերով Քննչական կոմիտե հարցաքննության են հրավիրվել ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թադեւոս Ավետիսյանը, Արծվիկ Մինասյանը, Գեղամ Մանուկյանը եւ այլք: Թեմայի վերաբերյալ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը կապ հաստատեց ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանի հետ: Նա հաստատեց մեր տեղեկությունն ու հավելեց, որ դեպքը մայիսի 30-ին է տեղի ունեցել կառավարության երրորդ մասնաշենքի մոտ: «Խոսքը ոստիկանական աննախադեպ բռնության մասին է, ինչի հետեւանքով հունիս ամսին Քննչական կոմիտեն ինձ հարցաքննության կամ բացատրության էր հրավիրել, որտեղ մանրամասն ներկայացրել եմ այն, ինչ տեղի է ունեցել: Ցավոք սրտի, Քննչական կոմիտեն, Նիկոլի պատվերները կատարելով, շատ արագ ու փութաջանորեն քրեական գործեր է հարուցում, իսկ այս դեպքում հանցավոր դանդաղկոտություն է ցուցաբերում: Առաջին բացատրության ժամանակ ՔԿ-ին տեսանյութեր եմ ներկայացրել, որտեղ «Նիկոլի վկա» կարմիր բերետավորները վայրենի պահվածք են դրսեւորել, բայց դրանից հետո որեւէ իրավական գործընթաց տեղի չի ունենում:

Այլ գործընկերների էլ են հրավիրել: ՔԿ-ն այդ առումով հիմա քիչ փութաջանություն է ցուցաբերում, թեեւ Արգիշտի Քյարամյանը զբաղված է այլ իր համար կարեւոր գործերով»,- ամփոփեց նա:

Հավելենք նաեւ՝ քանի որ ընդդիմության գործողությունների ժամանակ տեղի ունեցած հանցանքների մասով հարուցված քրգործերի մեծ մասը ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության եւ հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի անկուսակցական նախագահ Թագուհի Թովմասյանի գրությունների հիման վրա են հարուցվել, հարցաքննության է հրավիրվել նաեւ Թովմասյանը, բայց հարցաքննությունը չի կայացել:
