Իր 70-ամյա ղեկավարման երկար և փորձություններով լի տարիներին Նորին Մեծությունն իր իմաստությամբ, խոհեմությամբ և բարեսիրությամբ անգնահատելի ավանդ ու ներդրում է ունեցել Միացյալ Թագավորության զարգացման գործում, ինչպես նաև անջնջելի հետք թողել համաշխարհային պատմության մեջ։
