Մեկնարկել է ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի ութերորդ գումարման չորրորդ նստաշրջանի առաջին նիստը:  Օրակարգում ընդգրկված է 45 հարց՝ ինչպես կառավարության, այնպես պատգամավորների ներկայացրած օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններ: 

Օրակարգի առաջին հարցը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հարկային օրենսգրքում լրացում կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծն է: Դրանից հետո խորհրդարանը կքննարկի 2022 թվականի մարտի 15-ին եւ մարտի 18-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Վերակառուցման եւ զարգացման միջազգային բանկի միջեւ ստորագրված «Պետական հատվածի արդիականացման չորրորդ ծրագիր» վարկային համաձայնագիրը վավերացնելու մասին նախագիծը, «Ազդարարման համակարգի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին, «Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովի մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին և կից ներկայացված օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթը և մի շարք այլ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններ:

Նիստի օրակարգում են  նաև Սահմանադրական դատարանի դատավորների ընտրության հարցը, ինչպես  նաև Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի հանձնաժողովի անդամի ընտրության հարցը:

Ընդդիմադիր «Հայաստան» և «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունները հայտարարել են, որ չեն մասնակցելու ԱԺ մեկնարկած նստաշրջանի աշխատանքներին:
