ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունը ուղեցույց է հրապարակել մարտական գործողությունների կամ դրանց հարակից տարածքներում լրագրողական գործունեություն ծավալող ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչների համար:

«Մարտական գործողությունների կամ դրանց հարակից տարածքներում լրագրողական գործունեություն իրականացնելիս անհրաժեշտ է ստեղծված իրադրությունն ու ԶՈՒ գործողությունները լուսաբանել առավել անվտանգ և ճիշտ, չհրապարակել գաղտնիք պարունակող կամ հակառակորդի համար հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող, մարտական գործողությունների ընթացքի վրա ներազդելու հնարավորություն ստեղծող տեղեկություններ։

Ըստ այդմ՝

Արգելվում է կրել զինվորական համազգեստ․ այն ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցչին մեխանիկորեն վերածում է թիրախի։

Խստիվ արգելվում է կրել զենք, քանի որ զենք կրող յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի, այդ թվում՝ լրագրողը, հակառակորդի համար մեխանիկորեն վերածվում է թիրախի, իսկ գերի ընկնելու դեպքում նրա հետ կարող են վարվել որպես ռազմագերու։

Արգելվում է առաջնագծում տեսանկարահանել, ցուցադրել կամ որևէ տիպի տեղեկություններ հաղորդել մարտական տեխնիկայի շարժի վերաբերյալ:

Արգելվում է նշել զորամասի իրական անվանումները, տեղակայման վայրերը կամ մանրամասն նշել դիրքերի տեղանքը, կողմնորոշիչները։

Արգելվում է ռազմական գործողությունների անցկացման վայրից կապի որևէ տեսակով ուղիղ եթեր դուրս գալը:

Արգելվում է հրապարակել լուսանկարներ, քարտեզներ, տեսանյութեր, որտեղ երևում են հրամանատարական կետեր, կրակակետեր, ինչպես նաև դրանց կողմնորոշիչներն ու համայնապատկերը։

Արգելվում է ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցչի մուտքը սպառազինության և ռազմական տեխնիկայի, հրթիռների, զինամթերքի, պայթուցիկ նյութերի, դյուրավառ հեղուկների, վառելիքաքսուքային նյութերի պահեստներ։

Արգելվում է ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչների ծանոթացումը ԶՈՒ ստորաբաժանումների ցանկացած ներքին գրագրության հետ։

Արգելվում է խոշոր պլանով ցուցադրել զինվորական ծառայության մեջ գտնվող զինծառայողի, որը խոցել է հակառակորդի ռազմական տեխնիկա կամ մարտի դաշտում ցուցաբերել է բացառիկ հերոսություն։

Արգելվում է գրառում կատարել սոցցանցերում առանց անջատելու էլեկտրոնային սարքի տեղորոշման հնարավորությունը: Պատերազմական գոտում բջջային հեռախոսից անհրաժեշտ է օգտվել ծայրահեղ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում: Եթե տեսա կամ լուսանկարահանումն իրականացվում է հեռախոսով, ապա անհրաժեշտ է սարքն օգտագործել «ավիա» ռեժիմով (Airplane mode)»:
