Բերձորի միջանցքի երկայնքով նոր ճանապարհը, որը կապում է Հայաստանը և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, կսկսի գործել 2023 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ից, RIA Novosti-ին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ԱՊՀ երկրների չորրորդ վարչության տնօրեն Դենիս Գոնչարը։ 

«Վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում գործադրված ջանքերի հիմնական արդյունքը ընդհանուր ըմբռնման ձեռքբերումն էր, որ Բերձորի միջանցքով նոր ճանապարհը կսկսի գործել 2023 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ից: Միևնույն ժամանակ, օգոստոսի 30-ից երթևեկություն կիրականացվի ժամանակավոր ճանապարհով՝ շրջանցելով Բերձոր քաղաքը և գոտում գտնվող այլ բնակավայրեր»,- ասել է Գոնչարը։

Նա նշել է, որ հայկական և ադրբեջանական կողմերի պայմանավորվածության արդյունքում և ռուսական խաղաղապահ կոնտինգենտի հրամանատարության հետ համաձայնությամբ օգոստոսի 24-ին ավարտվել է հին միջանցքային երթուղու անվտանգության գոտում գտնվող բնակավայրերի բնակիչների վերաբնակեցումը։

«Կարևոր է, որ Բերձորի միջանցքի շահագործման ռեժիմը չփոխվի։ Ռուս խաղաղապահները տեղափոխվել են ժամանակավոր ճանապարհ, և մինչև 2023 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ը նրանք կանցնեն նոր երթուղու»,- վստահեցրել է Գոնչարը։ Նրա խոսքով, և՛ Բաքուն, և՛ Երևանը ելնում են նրանից, որ Բերձորի միջանցքի շուրջ բոլոր հարցերի կարգավորումը պետք է իրականացվի Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության դրույթներին համապատասխան։
