ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, որը 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 30-ից կալանավորված է եւ պահվում է Երեւան ՔԿՀ-ում, գրավոր պատասխանել է NEWS.am-ի կողմից ուղղված մի քանի հարցերին։

Նշենք, որ Դավիթ Տոնոյանին հարցերն ուղարկվել են մինչեւ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից սեպտեմբերի 13-ին Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի վրա հարձակումը։

Պարոն Տոնոյան, Ջալալ Հարությունյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել, Միքայել Արզումանյանին կալանավորելու որոշում է կայացվել։ 44-օրյա պատերազմից երկու տարի անց որոշվել է բարձրաստիճան զինվորականների շուրջ գործընթացներ սկսել։ Արդյո՞ք միայն նպատակը քրեական հետապնդման շրջանակում է, թե՞ նաեւ քաղաքական շարժառիթներ եք տեսնում։

ՀՀ վարչապետի կողմից՝ նախաքննության եւ դատաքննության փուլերում բարձրաստիճան եւ ավագ սպայական կազմի քրեական վարույթների վերաբերյալ արված բոլոր հայտարարությունները գնահատում եմ որպես քաղաքական ուղղորդում եւ ներգործության փորձ քրեական վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինների վրա։

Նկատել եմ նաեւ, որ ինձ ու զինվորականներին, որոնք մեծամասամբ անձնազոհաբար կռվել եւ ծանր պատասխանատվություն են ստանձնել, տարբեր ամբիոններում վերհիշելիս շատ է ջղաձգվում։ «Մինչեւ կյանքի վերջ» հետապնդելու մասին սպառնալիքներ հնչեցնողը պետք է քաջ գիտակցի, որ ինքը նման վերաբերմունքի արժանանալու բազմաթիվ առիթներ է տվել եւ շարունակում է տալ։ Եվ «բումերանգի էֆեկտի» մասին մոռանալ չարժե:

Չեմ կարող կանխատեսումներ անել թե՛ խաղաղության պայմանագրի, թե՛ ռուս խաղաղապահների առաքելության մասին, քանի որ ինչպես եւ մեր հանրությունը, տեղեկություն չունեմ, թե ինչ տրամաբանությամբ են վարվում բանակցությունները:

Այս պահին շարունակում է գործել 2020թ. նոյեմբերին ստորագրված եռակողմ հայտարարությունը, որն առնվազն 3 տարով ամրագրում է խաղաղապահների ներկայությունը Արցախում: Որեւէ հիմք չունեմ մտածելու, որ երեք տարի անց «խաղաղության պայմանագիրը» երաշխավորելու է Արցախի ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը։ Ուստի գլխավոր հրամայականը եղել եւ մնում է հայ ժողովրդի անվտանգության երաշխավորների՝ Հայաստանի Զինված ուժերի եւ Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի մարտունակության բարձրացումը:
