ՀԱՊԿ առաքելությունը՝ կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասի գլխավորությամբ, ժամանել է Հայաստան՝ ուսումնասիրելու իրավիճակը, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանին, և համատեղ լրացուցիչ միջոցառումների առաջարկներ նախապատրաստելու համար։  Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀԱՊԿ միացյալ շտաբի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
 
«Սեպտեմբերի 20-ին ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի արտահերթ նիստի որոշման համաձայն Հայաստան է ժամանել ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասի գլխավորած առաքելությունը։

Առաքելության կազմում ընդգրկված են ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ներկայացուցիչներ, որոնք կազմակերպության աշխատանքային մարմինների աշխատակիցներ են։

Առաքելությանը հանձնարարված է գնահատել ներկա իրավիճակը, ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարների համար մանրամասն զեկույց պատրաստել տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ և առաջարկներ մշակել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանի որոշ հատվածներում առաջացած լարվածության թուլացման համար։ 

Առաքելության աշխատանքի ընթացքում նախատեսվում են միջոցառումներ՝ ուսումնասիրելու և վերահսկելու սահմանամերձ շրջաններում առկա իրավիճակը, ինչպես նաև հանդիպումների անցկացում»,- ասված էր հաղորդագրության մեջ։

ՀԱՊԿ առաքելության առաջավոր խումբը նախօրեին ավարտել է իր աշխատանքը Հայաստանում։

Ավելի վաղ ՀԱՊԿ միացյալ շտաբի մամուլի ծառայությունից հայտնել էին, որ սեպտեմբերի 15-ին Հայաստան ժամանած ՀԱՊԿ առաքելությունը սահմանին լարվածության թուլացման վերաբերյալ առաջարկներ է մշակել:

«Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունում տեղի է ունեցել Հայաստանում ՀԱՊԿ առաքելության աշխատանքի արդյունքներին նվիրված խորհրդակցություն: Պատվիրակության ղեկավար, գեներալ-գնդապետ Անատոլի Սիդորովը նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանին տեղեկացրել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանի առանձին հատվածներում ստեղծված իրավիճակի ուսումնասիրության հիմնական եզրակացությունների և համապատասխան միջոցառումների մասին: Կառուցողական հանդիպում էր»,- ասված էր հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Նշվել էր, որ պաշտպանության նախարարությունում հանդիպումից հետո ՀԱՊԿ առաքելության ներկայացուցիչները մեկնել են Մոսկվա։
