ՀՀ կառավարության 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 12-ի N 451-Ն որոշման պահանջներին համապատասխան՝ գիտության և կրթության բնագավառներում նշանակալի նվաճումներ ունեցող քաղաքացիները պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության զորակոչից տարկետում ստանալու նպատակով կարող են դիմել ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարություն՝ 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 1-ից մինչև 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ:

Ինչպես հայտնում են ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից, դիմումը (ըստ ներկայացված ձևի) և դիմումին կից ներկայացվող ՀՀ կառավարության վերոնշյալ որոշման պահանջներին համապատասխան անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի բնօրինակները և դրանց պատճենները պետք է ներկայացնել ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության ընդհանուր բաժին և ստանալ ստացական՝ դիմումը նախարարություն մուտքագրելու վերաբերյալ:

Նախարարությունից միաժամանակ հայտնում են, որ ՀՀ կառավարության 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 12-ի N 451-Ն որոշման 11-րդ կետի համաձայն՝ տարկետում ստացած քաղաքացին կամ նրա օրինական ներկայացուցիչը կամ նրա կողմից լիազորված անձը տարկետման ժամկետի ընթացքում՝ մինչև յուրաքանչյուր տարվա սեպտեմբերի 30-ը, քաղաքացու զինվորական հաշվառումն իրականացրած ստորաբաժանում են ներկայացնում համապատասխան ուսումնական հաստատության կողմից տրված տեղեկանքը` հաջորդ կուրս փոխադրվելու վերաբերյալ:
