Իրանն անընդհատ փորձում է գնահատել, թե Հայաստանում ինչ ակնկալիքներ կան Իրանից, բացի այն, որ Իրանը վստահաբար կպահպանի իր սահմանների անվտանգությունը: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Ռոբերտ Բեգլարյանը։

Խոսելով հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին առկա իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ Իրանի խորհրդարանում անցկացված քննարկման մասին՝ պատգամավորը նշեց, որ դրան ներկա են եղել Իրանի իշխանական համակարգի բոլոր նշանակալի դեմքերը և կառույցների ներկայացուցիչները, որոնք անմիջապես առնչվում են երկրի անվտանգությանը: «Բոլորը հայտնեցին իրենց տեսակետները, իրավիճակը ներկայացրին և բարձր հստակությամբ շեշտեցին խնդրի լրջությունը: Հստակորեն շեշտվեց, որ իրադարձությունները, որ տեղի են ունենում Հայաստանում՝ Իրանի սահմանի մոտ, լրջագույն սպառնալիք են Իրանի անվտանգության և ռազմավարական դիրքի ապահովման առումով»:

«Խորհրդարանում նման ֆորմատով հանդիպումը որոշման կայացում չի ենթադրում, այլ ավելի շուտ իրազեկման նպատակ ունի: Նիստից հետո արված հայտարարությունը բխում էր այն իրականությունից և հարցի լրջությունից, որ ներկայացվել է խորհրդարանի հանձնաժողովին: Հանձնաժողովը այդ հանդիպումից հետո մի քանի լուրջ վերլուծաբաններ և մասնագետներ է հրավիրել և տեղի է ունեցել երկրորդ նիստը: Այս նիստում էլ մասնագետները իրենց տեսակետներն են ներկայացրել հավանական սցենարների վերաբերյալ»:

Բեգլարյանի կարծիքով Իրանում մեծամասամբ բարձր են գնահատում հարձակման հավանականությունը: «Դա ինքնին վկայում է այն մասին, թե հարցին որքան լուրջ է վերաբերում Իրանը: Բայց որևէ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ տարածաշրջանի իրավիճակը իրոք բարդ է, հատկապես առաջին ձեռքի և երկրորդ ձեռքի ուժերի միջամտությունը, որոնք որոշակի շահեր ունեն տարածաշրջանում: Երկրորդ բարդությունը Հայաստանի աշխարհաքաղաքական դիրքն է, քարտեզը՝ Սյունիքըը, Սևանի սահմանակից լինելը և այլն: Քանի որ կան նման բարդություններ, Իրանն անընդհատ փորձում է գնահատական տալ, թե Հայաստանում ինչ ակնկալիքներ կան Իրանից, բացի այն, որ Իրանը վստահաբար կպահպանի իր սահմանի անվտանգությունը:

Պատգամավորը ստեղծված իրավիճակում առաջարկում է չբավարարվել դեսպանների մակարդակով շփումով և անցնել ավելի բարձր մակարդակի, ինպես նաև մեծացնել հանդիպումների հաճախականությունը: «Անընդհատ շփումները թույլ կտան հստակեցնել, թե հավանական սցենարների դեպքում ինչ սպասելիքներ ունեն իրարից և ինչ հնարավորություններ կան: Օրինակ, երբ երկրի առաջ խոսում է, թե Իրանի համար ինչ կարմիր գծեր կան, այդ կարմիր գծերը, կախված իրավիճակից, կարող են տարբեր լինել, այսինքն Իրանն իր միջամտությունը տարբեր ձևերով որակի կամ ծրագրի:

Հարցին, թե արդյոք Իրանը պատրաստ է Ադրբեջանի հարձակման դեպքում ռազմական ուժ կիրառել, Բեգլարյանը պատասխանեց․  «Կարևորը հենց դա է: Կարծում եմ՝ եթե հայկական կողմից հավանական շփումների բերումով այդ հստակեցնումները լինեն, Իրանը պատրաստ է՝ ինչ հնարավոր է՝ անել:
