Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2022 թվականի երիտասարդական մայրաքաղաք Հրազդանում այսօր տեղի է ունեցել ամենամյա հայ-ռուսական երիտասարդական 8-րդ համաժողովի պաշտոնական բացման արարողությունը: Համաժողովը կշարունակվի մինչև սեպտեմբերի 28-ը: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից:

Համաժողովը տեղի է ունենում հիբրիդային ձևաչափով. ռուսական կողմը մասնակցում է հեռավար:

Համաժողովը նախատեսված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների ուսանողների, երիտասարդական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների, երիտասարդ առաջնորդների (շուրջ 100 մասնակից) համար։

Բացմանը մասնակցել և ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես են եկել ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության գիտության և բարձրագույն կրթության նախարարի տեղակալ Գրիգորի Գուրովը, Հայաստանում ՌԴ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանում «Ռուսական գրքի տուն» կազմակերպության հիմնադիր Մհեր Ավետիսյանը։ Փոխանցվել է նաև Ռուսաստանում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի ողջույնի խոսքը:

Միջոցառումը վարել է Ռուսական տեխնոլոգիական համալսարանի (МИРЭА) պրոռեկտոր Գրիգորի Պետուշկովը:

Ողջույնի խոսքում ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը նշել է՝ հայ-ռուսական հոգևոր-մշակութային դարավոր կապերի զարգացմանը զուգահեռ կարևոր է նաև տարբեր ձևաչափերով համագործակցությունը երիտասարդության ոլորտում: Նա մասնավորապես ԱՊՀ և ներկայում նաև ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում ակտիվացող փոխգործակցության կողքին կարևորել է երկկողմ ձևաչափով հայ-ռուսական փոխգործակցությունները:

«Հայ-ռուսական համաժողովի հիմնական նպատակն է ակտիվ համագործակցությամբ բացահայտել և նախանշել փոխշահավետ ուղիներ, որոնցով մեր երիտասարդները կկիսվեն Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում երիտասարդներին ուղղված կամ նրանց կողմից նախաձեռնված տարբեր փորձառություններով, կստանան հնարավորություն ակտիվ երկխոսության միջոցով համատեղ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ծրագրեր իրականացնելու, միմյանցից սովորելու, գիտելիքով փոխանակվելու, գործնական հմտություններ ձեռք բերելու համար: Այլ խոսքով՝ մշակութային փոխճանաչման և երկխոսության կողքին ֆորումը պետք է ծառայի ապագային, այն է՝ պետք է ծառայի որպես հետագա համագործակցության գործնական և արդյունավետ մեխանիզմներ ստեղծելու կարևոր հարթակ»,- ասել է ԿԳՄՍ փոխնախարարը:

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության գիտության և բարձրագույն կրթության նախարարի տեղակալ Գրիգորի Գուրովը ևս ողջունել է համաժողովի մասնակիցներին և նշել՝ երիտասարդական քաղաքականության ոլորտում ռուսական կողմը հետաքրքրված է հայկական փորձով, և իրենք նաև պատրաստակամ են կիսվել իրենց փորձով և զարգացնել հետագա համագործակցությունը: Իրենց հերթին երկու երկրների դիվանագիտական կառույցներից հնչել են հայ-ռուսական երիտասարդական ֆորումի կարևորությունն ընդգծող ելույթներ՝ շեշտադրելով երիտասարդական կառույցների միջև համագործակցությունը երկու երկրների տարողունակ համագործակցության ծիրում։

Համաժողովի բացման արարողությունից հետո տեղի են ունեցել երիտասարդների հետ թեմատիկ քննարկումներ հետևյալ առանցքային թեմաներով՝ «Երիտասարդական ակտիվ գործունեությունը մարզերում և բուհերում», «Ոչ ֆորմալ կրթություն և նորարարություն», «Կամավորական աշխատանք»:

Համաժողովի շրջանակում նախատեսված է նաև մասնակիցների այց մշակութային վայրեր:
