«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է.  «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ դատական համակարգում նոր բունտ է հասունանում: Պարզվում է՝ եթե ՀՀ նախագահը որեւէ հիմքով առարկություն է ներկայացնում որեւէ դատավորի կամ թեկնածուի վերաբերյալ, ՀՀ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը դա ընդունում է ի գիտություն: Իսկ, եթե դատավորը կամ թեկնածուն ԲԴԽ-ում ծանոթ ունեն, ապա հնարավոր է լինում շրջանցել ՀՀ նախագահի առարկությունները:

Խոսենք փաստերով. «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ սեպտեմբերի 15-ին ԲԴԽ նախագահի պաշտոնակատար Սերգեյ Չիչոյանը հրապարակել էր հայտարարության՝ առ այն, որ Ժորա Արմենի Չիչոյանն իրավունքի ուժով ստանձնել է Երեւան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավորի պաշտոնը: Պարզվում է, որ Ժորա Չիչոյանը ԲԴԽ նախագահի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար՝ Սերգեյ Չիչոյանի հարազատ եղբոր տղան է, դրա համար էլ օրենքի ուժը «աշխատել է»:

ԲԴԽ-ն՝ ի դեմս նախագահ հորեղբոր, որոշում է կայացրել երկրորդ անգամ դիմել ՀՀ նախգահին, սակայն երկրորդ անգամ էլ նախագահը չի ստորագրել ու առարկությամբ հետ է ուղարկել: Այս ամենից հետո Ժորա Չիչոյանին որոշում են դատավոր նշանակել՝ օրենքի ուժով, եւ նա դատավորի լիազորություները ստանձնում է օրենքի ուժով, կամ, որ նույնն է՝ հայտնի հորեղբոր թիկունքով:

Սակայն այս պամության մեջ ցավալին այն է, որ ներկայումս շատ դատավորներ են Ժորա Չիչոյանի կարգավիճակում հայտնվել, սակայն ԲԴԽ-ն՝ ի դեմս նախագահ Սերգեյ Չիչոյանի, նրանց մասով որեւէ սրտացավություն չի ցուցաբերել, այլ արագ հանել է նրանց անունները թեկնածուների ցուցակից՝ զրկելով դատավոր դառնալու իրավունքից: Ահա բարեփոխված արդարադատության համակարգի «հմայքը»:
