«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. 2019 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 17-ին Փաշինյանը հերթական անգամ ներկայացնում էր իր 100 փաստերը։ Փաստերից մեկով նա խոսում է Ֆիզիկայի ինստիտուտի արագացուցչի մասին։ 98-րդ կետով Փաշինյանը հայտարարում է. «Գործարկվել է Ֆիզիկայի ինստիտուտի արագացուցիչը, որը գործարկման էր սպասում արդեն 17 տարի»։

Այդ տարվա հուլիսին հայտարարվեց, որ Ա.Ի. Ալիխանյանի անվան ազգային գիտական լաբորատորիայում գործարկվել է ցիկլոտրոն տեսակի արագացուցիչը։ Այս արագացուցիչի պատմությունը գնում է 2008 թվական, երբ այն ժամանակվա էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Ներսես Երիցյանը հայտարարել էր, որ ցանկանում են ստեղծել Ուռուցքաբանության գերազանցության հայկական կենտրոն Երեւանի ֆիզիկայի ինստիտուտի տարածքում:

Կառավարության 2009 թ.-ի որոշմամբ հավանություն տրվեց այս նախաձեռնությանը։ Դրա շրջանակում էլ 2013-2015 թթ. Հայաստան էին ներմուծվել ցիկլոտրոնի սարքավորումները։ Պնդումը, թե արագացուցիչը գործարկման էր սպասում 17 տարի, չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը, քանի որ որոշումը ընդունվել է 2009 թվականին՝ տասը տարի առաջ, իսկ սարքերը Հայաստանում են ոչ ավել, քան 6 տարի։ Այս փոքրիկ հայտարարությունը եւս վկայում է, որ նա հերթական անգամ խաբել է ՀՀ հպարտ եւ արժանապատիվ քաղաքացիներին»:
