Երեկ ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ տեղեկալների և «Գալուստ Գյուլբեյան» հիմնադրամի հայկական համայնքների բաժանմունքի տնօրենի և տնօրենի օգնականի միջև տեղի է ունեցել քննարկում՝ Հայաստանում արևմտահայերենի դասավանդման և տարածման վերաբերյալ:

ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ը զրուցել է կրթության փորձագետ Ատոմ Մխիթարյանի հետ՝ Արևմտահայերենի դասավանդման որոշման մասին: Մխիթարյանի կարծիքով՝ դեռևս անիրատեսական է այդ քայլը.

«Նախ, որոշում կայացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է տեսնել արդյոք մասնագետներ կան արևմտահայերեն դասավանդող: Էն որ տարիներ շարունակ, եթե չասենք տասնամյակներ, մենք ընդհանրապես էդ ուղղությամբ որևէ քայլ չենք արել: Նույնիսկ բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտում մենք չունենք բավարար թվով մասնագետներ, որոնք արևմտահայերենին պատշաճ մակարդակով տիրապետում են: Չնայած, այդ քայլը կարելի է դրական գնահատել, բայց, ինձ թվում է, պետք է սկսել հատկապես այն դպրոցներից, որոնք արևմտահայերենով արդեն դասավանդում են՝  հենց սփյուռքի դպրոցների մասին է խոսքը:

Պետք է փորձի փոխանակություն նրանց հետ կազմակերպել: Այսինքն, դա կնպաստի նրան, որ արևմտահայերենը չի կորչի ընդհանրապես: Չէ՞ որ դա մեռնող լեզուների թվին է դասվում հիմա, իսկ կորցնել դա՝ մեզ համար բնավ ձեռնտու չի: Մանավանդ, որ մենք ունենք արևմտահայերենով շատ հարուստ գրականություն։ Հիմա, ցավոք սրտի, գնալով արևմտահայերենով ստեղծագործողների թիվը էապես նվազում է»,- ասաց Մխիթարյանը:

Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե արդյոք այս քայլը կնպաստի, որ սերնդի մոտ պահանջատիրություն ձևավորվի Արևմտյան Հայաստանի հետ կապված, Մխիթարյանը ասաց.

«Չեմ կարծում, որ ուղիղ էդպիսի խնդիր կարող է առաջանալ, մանավանդ եթե մենք դա անում ենք Արևելյան Հայաստանում՝ ՀՀ-ում: Դա կարող է ուղղակի ազգային ավանդույթները, արժեքները ինչ-որ մի ձև քարոզելու քայլ դիտարկվել: Իսկ պահանջատիրուիթյուն ձևավորելու համար մի քիչ դժվար է ասել՝ մանավանդ, որ հիմա խոսվում է միաժամանակ թուրքերենի և ադրբեջաներենի դասավանդման մասին: Գուցե դա ավելի շատ է նպաստում պահանջատիրություն ձևավորելուն, քան արևմտահայերեն ուսուցանելը: Բայց, տարածաշրջանային լեզուների հետ կապված էլ կարող ենք ասել, որ մասնագետների լուրջ խնդիր ունենք»,- եզրափակեց փորձագետը:
