Հայաստանի վարչապետի և Թուրքիայի նախագահի հանդիպում առաջիկայում կարող է տեղի ունենալ, «Ազատության» հետ զրույցում ասել է ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը՝ նշելով՝ «օրակարգը Հայաստան-Թուրքիա կարգավորման գործընթացն է»:

Ներկայացնում ենք հատված հարցազրույցից.

«Ազատություն». - Պարոն Ռուբինյան, ի՞նչ ակնկալիքներ կան մի քանի օրից Պրահայում էրդողան-Փաշինյան հնարավոր հանդիպումից կամ այն ի՞նչ օրակարգով է լինելու:

Ռուբեն Ռուբինյան. - Նման հանդիպում իրոք կարող է տեղի ունենալ, օրակարգը Հայաստան-Թուրքիա կարգավորման գործընթացն է: Մեր դիրքորոշումները այս առումով չեն փոխվել:

«Ազատություն». - Փակուղի չի՞ մտել․ վերջին անգամ Քըլըչի հետ ե՞րբ եք հանդիպել, կարծես՝ ամիսներ են անցել:

Ռուբինյան. - Մենք հանդիպել ենք հուլիսին, երբ որ ձեռք բերվեց այն հայտնի պայմանավորվածությունը երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար սահմանների բացման և ուղիղ ավիաբեռնափոխադրումների հնարավորության ստեղծման: Իրականում սեպտեմբերի 14-ին՝ սահմանին պետք է տեղի ունենար հանդիպում երկու երկրների համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչների միջև, որպեսզի քննարկվեր իմպլեմենտացիան այդ երկու քաղաքական պայմանավորվածությունների, բայց սեպտեմբերի 14-ին, ես հիշեցնեմ՝ դա ադրբեջանական հարձակման օրերին էին, թուրքական կողմի ցանկությամբ այդ հանդիպումը հետաձգվել է:

«Ազատություն». - Մինչև ե՞րբ:

Ռուբինյան. - Չկա ժամկետ:

«Ազատություն». - Անժամկետ, այսինքն՝ այն, ինչ պայմանավորվել եք, դեռ թղթի վրա է:

Ռուբինյան. - Եվ դա պետք է իրագործվի, որովհետև, ի վերջո, կա քաղաքական պայմանավորվածություն և քաղաքական պատասխանատվություն՝ այդ պայմանավորվածությունն իրագործելու:

«Ազատություն». - Պարոն Ռուբինյան, մյուս կողմից Անկարան անթաքույց փորձում է ցույց տալ, որ պատրաստ է միջնորդի դեր ստանձնել, գործադրել այդ ջանքերը: Երևանը այդ ձևաչափն ընդունելի կհամարի՞, եթե Էրդողանը նման բան առաջարկի:

Ռուբինյան. - Ընդհանրապես միջնորդներ կարող են լինել այն կողմերը, որոնք չեզոք են: Ես կարծում եմ ՝ոչ ոք չի կարող հիմա Թուրքիային չեզոք անվանել Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների և Ադրբեջանի՝ Հայաստանի տարածք ներխուժման համատեքստում:
