«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ՝ սեպտեմբերի 29-ին՝ կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ, մեծագույն ուրախությամբ տեղեկացրեց, որ Հայաստանը վերջապես կկարողանա զենք ձեռք բերել: Ինչու վերջապես՝ որովհետեւ, ըստ իր ներկայացրածի, պատերազմից հետո Հայաստանը թեեւ փող ուներ, բայց զենք ձեռք բերել չէր կարողանում: Նրա ասածը Ազգային ժողովի իր իսկ թիմակից, պաշտպանության նախկին փոխնախարար Գագիկ Մելքոնյանն է հաստատել, թե Ռուսաստանը 44-օրյա պատերազմից ի վեր Հայաստանին զենք չի մատակարարել։ Ավելին՝ վստահեցրել էր, որ վերջին ժամանակներս ՀՀ-ի զինբազան ՌԴ-ի կողմից համալրվել է միայն մեկ դաշույնով, որ Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն էր նվիրել Հայաստանի պաշտոնակցին:

Բացի ուղղաթիռից, պատերազմից հետո ՌԴ-ի կողմից Հայաստանին զենք մատակարարելու մասին խոսել է նաեւ ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարար Սերգեյ Շոյգուն, որ վերոնշյալ դաշույնը նվիրելու ժամանակ ասել էր. «Կարող ենք համարել, որ Հայաստանին սպառազինության մատակարարման գործընթացը մեկնարկած է»:

Ի՞նչ է ստացվում. Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը, թե՝ «փող ունենք, բայց մեզ զենք չեն վաճառում», հերթական սուտն է:
