Սեպտմբերի 30-ին Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության դեսպան Աբաս Բադախշան Զոհուրիի ուղեկցությամբ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ այցելած Կապանում Իրանի նորանշանակ գլխավոր հյուպատոս Մորթեզա Աբեդին Վարամինին: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱԳՆ-ից։

Կապանում ԻԻՀ գլխավոր հյուպատոսն Արարատ Միրզոյանին է հանձնել հյուպատոսական արտոնագիրը: Այնուհետև` ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարը Մորթեզա Աբեդին Վարամինին է հանձնել էկզեկվատուրան:

Կողմերը գոհունակություն են հայտնել բարձր մակարդակում հայ-իրանական, հատկապես՝ վերջին շրջանի շփումների ակտիվացման կապակցությամբ:

Արարատ Միրզոյանը նշել է, որ Իրանի գլխավոր հյուպատոսության բացումը կարևոր և խորհրդանշական քայլ է, որը վկայում է Հայաստանի և Իրանի միջև համագործակցությունն առավել խորացնելու և որակական նոր մակարդակի հասցնելու երկկողմ պատրաստակամության մասին: Համոզմունք է հայտնվել, որ գլխավոր հյուպատոսությունն իր գործունեությամբ կնպաստի, Սյունիքի մարզում առևտրատնտեսական, տրանսպորտային, էներգետիկ, գիտակրթամշակութային բնագավառներում առկա ներուժի առավել արդյունավետ իրացմանը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն անդրադարձ են կատարել տարածաշրջանային կայունության և անվտանգության հարցերին:

Արարատ Միրզոյանը նշել է, որ հայկական կողմը բարձր է գնահատում տարածաշրջանային հարցերի վերաբերյալ իրանական կողմից արտահայտվող վճռական ու հստակ դիրքորոշումները:
