Բրյուսելյան ձևաչափը տապալված է և որևէ օգուտ չի կարող տալ։ Բրյուսելում կայացած հանդիպումից 12 օր անց Ադրբեջանը հարձակվեց Հայաստանի վրա։ Այդ ժամանակ հասցեական կոչերի փոխարեն, նրանք Ալիևին կոչեցին «հուսալի գործընկեր»։ Ֆեյսբուքյան գրառմամբ նման դիտարկում է արել ադրբեջանագետ Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանը։

«Երեկ, երբ հայ ռազմագերիների սպանության դաժան կադրերը սկսեցին արագորեն տարածվել սոցիալական մեդիայում, հատկապես թվիթերյան հարթակում ստանալով նաև միջազգային որոշ արձագանքներ, ադրբեջանական կողմը անցավ պատասխան գործողությունների։ Ադրբեջանական որոշ տելեգրամյան ալիքներ սկսեցին ինտենսիվ կոչեր անել օգտատերերին Խոջալուի վերաբերյալ կադրեր ու տեսանյութեր տարածել թվիթերյան հարթակներում։ Նրանք ուղարկում էին այդ կադրերը և խնդրում տարածել։

Այսօր արդեն Հարավային Կովկասի և Վրաստանի ճգնաժամի հարցերով ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարը իր թվիթերյան էջում գրել է, որ «մի քանի տեսանյութեր է ստացել Ադրբեջանի դեմ իրականացված պատերազմական հանցագործությունների մասին》: Այս քայլը ևս մեկ անգամ գալիս է փաստելու, որ Բրյուսելյան ձևաչափը տապալված է և որևէ օգուտ չի կարող տալ։ Բրյուսելում կայացած հանդիպումից 12 օր անց Ադրբեջանը հարձակվեց Հայաստանի վրա։ Այդ ժամանակ հասցեական կոչերի փոխարեն, նրանք Ալիևին կոչեցին 《հուսալի գործընկեր»։ Բրյուսելի շահերը այսօր նրանց դրդում են Ադրբեջանի հետ սերտ համագործակցության, որի ներքո ստորադասվում են իրական արժեքները մարդու իրավունքներ, ժողովրդավարություն և այլն։

Ագրեսորի և հարձակման ենթարկված կողմի միջև հավասարության նշան դնելը պետք է հստակ արձագանք ստանա ՀՀի կողմից` նաև գործողությունների տեսքով։ Այսօր մեր շահերից է բխում ամերիկյան միջնորդությամբ շարունակել քննարկումները և քայլ առ քայլ դուրս գալ բրյուսելյան անօգուտ, իսկ երբեմն անգամ վնասակար միջնորդությունից»։
