Իրանի և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները ողջունել են ընդհանուր սահմանին համատեղ զորավարժությունների անցկացման գաղափարը, հաղորդում է Tasnim News Agency-ը։

Երկուշաբթի օրը կայացած հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում Իրանի զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Մոհամմադ Հոսեյն Բաքերին և ԱՀ պաշտպանության նախարար գեներալ-գնդապետ Զաքիր Հասանովը հայտնել են երկու երկրների պատրաստակամությունը և ողջունել ընդհանուր սահմանի երկայնքով համատեղ զորավարժություն անցկացնելու գաղափարը։

Նրանք նաեւ պայմանավորվել են իրականացնել երկու հարեւանների համատեղ ռազմական հանձնաժողովի ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները եւ բարելավել ռազմական համագործակցությունը։

Երկու պաշտոնյաներն էլ խոսել են Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև ռազմական գործողությունների վերջին սրման մասին, իսկ իրանցի գեներալը լարվածության թուլացման կոչ է արել:
Գեներալ-մայոր Բեյքերին և գեներալ Հասանովն ընդգծել են երկխոսության անհրաժեշտությունը Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև լարվածությունը թուլացնելու համար։

Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարն ասել է, որ Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև խնդիրները կարող են լուծվել «երկխոսության և ընկերության» միջոցով։

Գեներալ Հասանովը նաև ընդգծել է, որ Ադրբեջանը չի նախատեսում գրավել հայկական հողերը կամ ռազմական գործողություն սկսել հայկական տարածքները վերահսկելու համար։

Իրանցի պաշտոնյաները բազմիցս անհամաձայնություն են հայտնել տարածաշրջանային սահմանների ցանկացած փոփոխության հետ՝ հայտնելով իրենց պատրաստակամությունը միջնորդելու Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանի միջև վեճերում:
