Զոհվածների ծնողներին «Եռաբլուր»-ից բերման ենթարկելու վարույթով 16 անձ տուժող է ճանաչվել

Սեպտեմբերի 21-ին զոհվածների հարազատները փորձել էին թույլ չտալ նրանց մուտքը «Եռաբլուր»։ Սակայն մինչ այցը՝ ոստիկանները, մարմնական վնասվածք հասցնելով, բերման էին ենթարկել զոհվածների տասնյակ ծնողների, որոնք չէին ցանկանում, որ պաշտոնյաները մոտենան շիրիմներին։

Ծնողների ներկայացուցիչ Վահան Հովհաննիսյանն ասաց, որ դեռևս այս վարույթով կասկածյալներ, մեղադրյալներ չկան․ «Կոնկրետ ոստիկանների անուններ չենք տվել, քանի որ ոստիկանները մեր կողմից նույնականացված չեն, դա մեր գործառույթը չէ։ Վարույթ իրականացնող մարմինն է նույնականացնում, դրա համար բազմաթիվ տեսանյութեր կան»։

Հովհաննիսյանի կարծիքով, մեղադրյալներ չկան, քանի որ վարույթի քննությունն ակտիվ փուլում է, ծնողները պետք է հարցաքննվեն, առերեսումներ իրականացվեն։ «Նոր դրանից հետո անդրադառնան քրեաիրավական որակմանը։ Ամեն դեպքում, գործողություններն ակտիվ են իրականացվում։ Քննիչները շատ արագ գործողություններն անում են, միջնորդություններ կան, որոնք բավարարվում են։ Քննությունն ակտիվ փուլում է», - նշեց նա։

Միջնորդությունների մասով ներկայացուցիչն ասաց, որ մամուլում առկա հրապարակումների համաձայն՝ ոստիկանները Եռաբլուր գալու և տեղաբաշխվելու վերաբերյալ հրաման չեն ունեցել, իրենց գործողություններն ի սկզբանե եղել են անօրինական։ «Հետևաբար, եթե հատուկ գործողություն կատարելու հրաման չկա, չի կարող լինել որևէ օրինական պահանջ ուղղված քաղաքացիներին։ Այսինքն՝ այդ մասով մենք միջնորդություններ ենք ներկայացրել՝ հրապարակումներում առկա տեղեկությունների ճշմարտացիությունը պարզելու վերաբերյալ։ Մեր միջնորդությունը բավարարվել է։ Եվ պատասխանել են, որ այդ կապակցությամբ քննություն է կատարվում», - եզրափակեց Վահան Հովհաննիսյանը։
