Հենց Հայաստանն է այսօր ենթարկվել հարձակման, նրա տարածք ներխուժել են, ոչնչացրել քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքները՝ Եվրախորհրդարանի պաշտպանության հարցերով հանձնաժողովի հանդիպմանը հայտարարել է Հարավային Կովկասի և Վրաստանում ճգնաժամի հարցերով ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Տոյվո Կլաարը:

«Սեպտեմբերի 13-ին և 14-ին լուրջ բախումներ տեղի ունեցան. դա ամենալուրջ էսկալացիան էր 2020 թվականի հրադադարից ի վեր: Այս զարգացումները գրավեցին միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը, որը ջանքեր է գործադրում՝ երաշխավորելու, որ ռազմական գործողությունները չվերսկսվեն, հաստատվի կայունություն, և շարունակվեն քաղաքական բանակցությունները»,- նշել է պաշտոնյան:

Կլաարն անդրադարձել է համացանցում շրջանառվող պատերազմական հացագործությունների տեսանյութերին, կոչ արել համապարփակ հետաքննություն անցկացնել, միաժամանակ հույս հայտնել, որ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները ամենայն լրջությամբ կուսումնասիրեն հայ ռազմագերիների գնդակահարության տեսանյութերը:

«Անհնար է անպատիժ մնացած հանցագործությունների վրա խաղաղություն կառուցել»,- նշել է Կլաարը՝ կոչ անելով կողմերին շարունակել խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ քննարկումները:

Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերով ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցիչն ընդգծել է, որ ԵՄ-ն պետք է օգնի Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին՝ հաղթահարելու իրավիճակը և հասնելու արդար խաղաղության, որը երկու ժողովուրդները նույնպես արդար կհամարեն:

«ԵՄ-ն պետք է ներգրավված մնա, քանի որ, անկեղծ ասած, այժմ այնքան էլ շատ միջազգային դերակատարներ չկան, որոնք կարող են անել այն, ինչ կարող ենք մենք: Մենք նաև կարևորում ենք Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ ջանքերի համակարգումը: Ինչ վերաբերում է Ռուսաստանին. Մոսկվայի հետ կապի որոշակի խողովակներ կան, սակայն Ուկրաինայում պատերազմը շատ է բարդացրել Ռուսաստանի հետ աշխատանքը»,- ընդգծել է Կլաարը։

Ինչ վերաբերում է հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակմանը, Կլաարը նշել է՝ Նախիջևանի և Ադրբեջանի մնացած հատվածի միջև ավտոմոբիլային և երկաթուղային հաղորդակցությունը կարող է հաստատվել միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ բոլորի համար հստակ լինի, որ այդ ճանապարհները Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի մաս են: Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ հարցը համաձայնեցվել է Բրյուսելում մայիսի 22-ին:
