«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «ՄՏՍ Հայաստան» ընկերության վաճառքի մանրամասները պարզաբանելու ակնկալիքով Ժողովուրդ օրաթերթը հարցում էր ուղարկել ընկերություն՝ հետաքրքրվելով, թե ինչու է վաճառքի հանվել Վիվա-ՄՏՍ-ը, որքան արժե ընկերության բաժնետոմսերի փաթեթը, ո՞վ կամ ովքե՞ր են հավանական գնորդները եւ ե՞րբ կկայանա առքուվաճառքը: Մեր բոլոր հարցադրումների մեջ «ՄՏՍ Հայաստան» ընկերությունը առեւտրային գաղտնիք է տեսել ու չի հանրայնացնում ընկերության վաճառքին կամ արհեստական վաճառքին առնչվող հարցերը:

Հավելենք, որ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը հետաքրքրվել էր նաեւ, թե Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանի հեռացումն ինչ առնչություն ունի վաճառքի գործընթացի հետ:

Ինչպես հայտնի է, 2004 թվականից Վիվա սելլ ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը նախորդ տարի հուլիսի 15-ին անակնկալ կերպով հեռացավ ընկերությունից: Տնօրեն նշանակվեց Արմեն Ավետիսյանը, որը ընկերության արդյունաբերական ավտոմատացման հարցերով փոխնախագահն էր: Սակայն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանի անակնկալ հեռացումն էլ «ՄՏՍ Հայաստանը» համարել է առեւտրային գաղտնիք եւ չի պատասխանել մեր հարցին:

Ուշագրավ է, որ նույն՝ առեւտրային գաղտնիքի պատճառաբանությամբ ՄՏՍ Հայաստան հրաժարվել է պատասխանել նաեւ կարեւորագույն այն հարցին, թե ինչպես են ադրբեջանցի հատուկ ծառայության աշխատակիցները կարողացել ձեռք բերել Վիվա սելլ-ի հեռախոսային քարտեր:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2020թ.-ի հուլիսի 24-ին՝ պատերազմից ամիսներ առաջ, ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը հայտնել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության հատուկ ծառայությունների աշխատակիցներն օգտագործում են ՀՀ տարբեր բջջային օպերատորների հեռախոսահամարներ եւ դրանցով զանգահարելով ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին՝ անկախ հետազոտություններ անցկացնելու պատրվակով (իբր կատարում են սոցհարցումներ ՀՀ-ում), հատկապես Զինված ուժերում տիրող իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ հետախուզական բնույթի տեղեկություններ են ստանում: Մասնավորապես, նմանօրինակ հեռախոսազանգեր են արձանագրվել ՀՀ 094-39-75-95 եւ 093-52-72-08 բջջային հեռախոսահամարներից:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի այս հարցին ՄՏՍ Հայաստան ընկերությունը պատասխանել է՝ առեւտրային գաղտնիք է եւ չեն կարող ասել, թե նշված հեռախոսահամարները ում են վաճառվել կամ ում անունով են գրանցված»:
