Նիդերլանդների ԱԳ նախարարը հորդորել է հայ ռազմագերիների սպանության տեսանյութի անկախ հետաքննություն անցկացնել

Նիդերլանդների արտգործնախարարությունը հրապարակել է պատգամավորներից մեկի գրավոր հարցերին ԱԳ նախարար Վոպկե Հուքստրայի պատասխանները, որոնցում, դեռևս փորձ է կատարվում խաղաղության նպաստելու քողի տակ խուսափել մատնանշելու Ադրբեջանը որպես ագրեսոր պետություն, սակայն մի շարք կարևոր շեշտադրումներ են արված։ Այս մասին «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում տեղեկացրել է Հոլանդահայ կազմակերպությունների ֆեդերացիան (FAON)։

Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ նախարարը մասնավորապես ընդգծել է, որ ի կատարումն Նիդերլանդների խորհրդարանի շուրջ մեկ տարի առաջ ընդունված բանաձևի, Նիդերլանդները ծրագրում է Եվրամիության դիտորդական առաքելության շրջանակներում հնարավորինս արագ դիտորդներ ուղարկել Հայաստան։

«ԱԳ նախարարը վերահաստատել է Նիդերլանդների կառավարության հանձնառությունը հայ զինվորականների և քաղաքացիական անձանց դեմ հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ անկախ հետաքննություն անցկացնելու իր կոչերին, ինչպես նաև խաղաղությանը նպաստող միջոցառումներին ներդրում ունենալու հարցում։ Որպես գաղափար դիտարկվում է Անհայտ կորած անձանց հարցերով միջազգային հանձնաժողովի ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորումը»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։

Հոլանդահայ կազմակերպությունների ֆեդերացիայի հաղորդմամբ՝ Վոպկե Հուքստրան տեղեկացրել է, որ Ադրբեջանը որևէ աջակցություն չի ստանում Նիդերլանդներից, ո՛չ ուղղակիորեն, ո՛չ էլ անուղղակիորեն, իսկ ԵՄ շրջանակներում Ադրբեջանին տրվող աջակցության հարցում Նիդերլանդները առաջնային են համարում տարբերակման սկզբունքը։ Միաժամանակ ընդգծվում է, որ Նիդերլանդներն աջակցություն են տրամադրում Հայաստանին տարբեր ձևաչափերով։

«Նախարարը պարզաբանել է, որ Ադրբեջանը չի հանդիսանում առաջնային առևտրական գործընկեր Նիդերլանդների համար, ավելին՝ այն զբաղեցնում է 94-րդ տեղն առևտրի ծավալների առումով»,- հայտում է Հոլանդահայ կազմակերպությունների ֆեդերացիան՝ հավելելով, որ, անդրադառնալով ադրբեջանական վերջին ագրեսիայի ընթացքում հայ զինվորականների սպանության տեսանյութին՝ նախարարը նշել է, որ «Նիդերլանդների ԱԳՆ-ում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանի հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում զազրանք է արտահայտվել ադրբեջանցի զինվորների կողմից հայ ռազմագերիների սպանության տեսանյութի հետ կապված և հորդորել անցկացնել անկախ քննություն և հրապարակել դրա արդյունքները»։

Հոլանդահայ կազմակերպությունների ֆեդերացիան նաև տեղեկացրել է, որ այս պահին Ադրբեջանի դեմ պատժամիջոցների սահմանումը, նախարար Հուքստրայի կարծիքով, չի նպաստի խաղաղության հաստատմանը։
